Kalian - 150PA (Post Apocalypse)

"We had to fight Helseth and drive him off. He's trouble and I doubt we've seen the last of him. I brought you back to save your life with Tsuki and Nichi. The rest are protecting the village."

 

"You guys aren't hurt are you?" He was concerned for them. He tried to stand.

 

"No we're fine and you still need to rest. What will keep you in that bed? Do I have to tie you to the bed?"

 

"I'm fine. What I need is to get out and feel the wind in my hair." he said. He stood up straight.

 

"At least let me accompany you outside. I will be there to help you if you feel weak. It's the least I can do."

 

"I'll be fine." he said, trying to reassure her. "I really need to be alone right now. Nothing's going to happen."

 

"Ok." Kyla hung her head and left him alone. She knew he was damaged inside but pushing people away wasn't the answer. She shot out of the door and took off, riding the thermals and feeling the peace that only came when she was flying. Her life sucked big time.

 

He felt bad but he needed to be alone. He jumped outside and manipulated the wind around him, allowing him to fly. He flew around silently, thinking about what he will do.

 

Kyla landed on the highest ledge. She was surrounded by people but inside she felt more alone than ever. She seemed to be wrapped up in something that was dragging her in it's wake. She rested her head on her knees and began to cry.

 

He decided and made his way back. He heard crying and found Kyla. He landed next to her and asked "What's wrong?"

 

"Nothing you need to understand. Please leave me to my thoughts. I need space."

 

The non-humans where cheering and applauding Helseth's speech, while they were doing that some left the village never to return, they had been exiled again. "Now, I think that we should get organized, we'll start destroying the smaller villages. Once we destroy the foundations the tower of humanity will fall and we shall erect our own tower!" Once again the people cheered and applauded, "Remember, we must kill the every human man, woman and child, they are all our enemies!"

 

He put his hand on her shoulder. "If that is what you wish. I'm sorry." He took off.

 

Kyla looked across the horizon. She wished she could reach out to everyone, perhaps if they could find the scroll and the new leader it would start the rebirth of civilisation. She just wasn't strong enough to do this although she was involved. She had to find the leader, but she didn't know where to start looking. She felt so helpless.

 

The Mortis ran after Zeke relentlessly until one of them bit him badly........

''gahhhh!''

''meow!''

Zeke fell and Valkner appered......

''hehehehehe *picks up Zeke by his shirt* your weak Im gaoing to kill you *draws sword* NOW!''

Iero then transformed he grew sharp claws , teeth , thick fur , and liquid brown eyes........

Iero growled.....

''Pathetic ,cat I'll kill you along with him.....''

Iero put Zeke on his back then ran for it.

Mortis after them!

the shadow creatures ran after Zeke and Iero.....

''Iero......... get to.........Kyla hurry......''

 

Cinder woke up feeling better than he had in weeks. For the first time since he was attacked by the predator and got the terrible infection did he feel truely strong again. He stretched and then he looked around at the deserted house he had taken refuge in during the fight. After several days of staying there he knew he must return to Kyla. As Cinder turned to leave he remembered another thing that he must make sure he could do. He picked up a small He focused his eyes apon it and the stick smoked and then caught flame. He then gave it a blank look and the stick's flame was put out. His Pyrokinesis was restored. He walked out into the wasteland a small smile on his face.

 

Kyla returned to the cave. She wondered what was happening. She poured herself a beaker of water and looked for the others. It seemed so empty at first. "Hello, anyone home?"

 

Tsuki sighed Nichi walked into the Room with a loaf of Bread he had gotten out of his bag from his secret stash "Hey" he munched on the bread. He then sat down. Tsuki looked at him "I wouldn't have thought you capable of saving food."
Nichi blushed a bit and gave a smile."So When you gonna tell her about the Ring, and about everything."
"Hmmm." Tsuki had told Nichi everything. Nichi knew everything about anything that Tsuki did. "I may tell her when she gets back."
"Shes back now."

 

"Oh, I'm sorry Tsuki and Nichi, I didn't see you there. Are you hungry Nichi? I have unleven bread and meat if you want it."
Kyla offered them some of the water from the jug in a couple of beakers. She wondered if Nichi was ever not hungry.

 

Tor flew back and saw Kyla. "Are you alright now?" he asked, concerned. He wasn't sure what made her upset, but he would like to find out.
