Kalian - 150PA (Post Apocalypse)

"As long as all it does is heal. Tor has been through enough. I will not allow him to suffer. We have no right to practice genetic experiments on each other. My parents taught me moral values when they taught me about the barbaric acts of our predecessors. I will not allow that to start again."

 

Valeria sees Tsuki, Tor and Kyla talking to each other. She, then rushed at them, she had a feeling that somone between them was hurt or suffering. "What's going on? Is somone hurt?" She asked a bit worried.

 

"Tor took an arrow in the chest protecting the villagers. He has acted very heroically. I'm really proud of him."
Kyla smiled and checked Tor's temperature. She was worried about the possibility of infection.

 

"Oh god..." She walked to Tor. "Are you ok now? Tor...you were very brave but...please don't scares us like this again! You could have been killed...I'm so glad you're still here." Valeria then smiled and took his hand. " I know I just met you guys now but...It feels like I know for a long time really! It's weird but...it's true..."

 

"There is something strange about this group. It's as if we were meant to meet. Perhaps it's something to do with the prophecy."

 

Tsuki didn't say anything, He knew far far far more than they did. Tsuki looked to Kyla "It is not an experiment it works. The Symbiote I just attached to Tor momentarily is a healing Symbiote. The Suits I have been putting on in Battles are Battle Symbiotes."

Tsuki sat down and began thinking. Silently.

 

Valeria quickly looked at Kyla. "You mean...there's a prophecy...hmmmm...maybe this is really meant to happen..."

 

Kyla nodded sadly. She hated the idea of introducing anything foreign into anyone. She believed in herbalism and the healing power of the earth. The earth fed her and she respected it.

 

Panting and coughing up blood, Helseth managed to make it to the very small non-human village where a girl with long blue hair and blue skin came over, "Oh my! What happened? Did the humans do this to you?"
Helseth just managed to look up and reply, "If only, no, some of our fellow brothers and sisters did this to me." With those final words he fainted. The girl got some help and some other non-humans came to help Helseth. They brought him into one of the few small, brick buildings and laid him on the bed to heal.

 

Kyla wished that Helseth and Kuju would listen and not be so stubborn. She wanted to help them but knew that she could not force them. They had to find their own way to the truth. She would be there to welcome and embrace them when they came to the group.

 

When Helseth woke up he say two eyes staring at him from above, it was the little girl that had helped him when he arrived, "Thank you my sister but I need your help one more time, I need you to gather all the people together. I need to talk to them about our future."

 

Kyla remembered when she was traveling by herself. She remembered the stories of the lost prophecy and how it had given hope to both humans and non-humans. She knew that there would always be a minority of purists, there always had throughout history, but she also believed that good would triumph over evil.

 

Still a bit tired from what happened in the human village Helseth stumbled onto a platform with all the non-humans in the village in front of him, "I have gathered you here today to share with you my dream of the future, I dream of a future where we will walk free, without fear of being attacked by the humans. In my dream we are the dominant species on this planet, for this dream to come true we must wipe out the humans." The non-humans began to murmur a bit, this speech was very radical, "We have been exiled, tortured and killed by the humans because, they are afraid of us, they know our power in numbers. They say we are the plague, I say we are the cure for the plague known as humanity!" The non-humans started cheering, but a few remained silent, "I see some disagree, fine, leave know and join the others who wish a united future with the humans, but don't expect to survive when we take over!"

 

"I'm fine with it, as long as it works." he said. He sat up and only had a little pain. "I feel perfectly fine now."

 

"Are you sure that you feel better? I was worried about you. That was a very brave thing you did."
Kyla hugged him and kissed his cheek. "You saved a child and showed one little boy that heroes come in all forms. You will be our hero."

 

"Thanks." he said, blushing. "But you would have done the same thing.

 

"What you did will spread the word of unity faster than any speeches or fancy prophecies. Actions do speak louder than words. We may be dreamers in some peoples eyes, but we stand up for what we believe. The extremists gave us no choice when they threatened us. We will carry on as we are doing now. You are an inspiration to us all. It is a shame that some are so short sighted, but such people are always destroyed in the end."

 

"I am no hero. I used to kill for pleasure. I used to be just like the people we are fighting. No matter whar I do, I can never be a hero."

 

"You need to have faith in yourself. We all have dark pasts. I doubt anyone here is innocent. I don't care about your past. You are a hero in my eyes."

 

He blushed even more. "Thank you, I am touched. How are you all doing?" he asked.
