No, because you haven't clarified your powers and the name is still Sam. Once these are corrected you can join.

 

Jade flew above the clouds going towards the mountains. She saw some movement below her, swiftly she dived down to see what was there.

 

A mysterious figure wandered through the barren wasteland, not sweating or panting but walking calmly. He stared up into the blinding sun and sighed, "The thing that gives us life also gives us death, how ironic." He wandered on more and saw two figures in the sky, "Hmm, fellow mutants."

 

ooc: Please can I remind everyone 3 sentences unless talking.

Kyla raced towards her cave. There were others in the air and she wanted to be safe before it got dangerous. She could see the cliffs and sped to the final destination.

 

Jade saw a figure moving in the wasteland, "what is that or who is that?" She asked herself. curiously she floated down towards the figure. Jade stopped and stared at him.

 

"Ahhh, hello little girl, I see you are like me, a mutant," he gave a little smile and continued, "I'm sorry, my name is Helseth and I have been traveling this wasteland for nearly a week now could you, direct, me to the nearest town?"

 

Kyla circled out of curiousity. They were both mutants and seemed to be friends. She was almost jealous. She started to regain height so that she could reach her cave and safety.

 

"Wonder where she was off to in such a hurry." he said to himself. He shrugged and flew on. Soon he saw two people on the ground. His stomach growled and he wondered if they had any food. They probably didn't, but he decided to ask anyway. He landed next to them and asked "Do either one of you have any food?"

 

Kyla landed on the ledge and watched them. She desperately wanted to join them but she was too scared. She had been hurt too much. The wind ruffled her feathers and she rubbed her arms. She would start her meal now that she had finished hunting. She turned and slipped into the concealed cave entrance. Home wa safety to her, even though it was lonely.

 

Melody sat on the floor wacthing everyone walk by as a book rised off the floor by it's self and in to her hands. She opened the book and pushes her glasses closer to her eyes as she took one last look at the people around her.
"Many non-humans today" she said softly as he looked down at her book and started to read.

 

"er...there is a town a few miles from here but it has been deserted for two months now, my name is jade" She answered him, Jade turned around and saw someone behind him,

"i only have dried meat, would that do?" She asked while pulling her bag out.

 

Kyla began to prepare the stove for cooking. The wood was collected earlier and she checked the chimney that she had constructed to remove the smoke. She lit a fire and began to prepare the food. The rest she hung to smoke so that it would be preserved. She salted some but had run out of salt and it was expensive. Smoking would have to do. She collected water from the underground stream and began to relax.

 

"That's fine." he said, stomach growling again. "I lost the ability to taste a long time ago. My name's Tor, by the way."

 

Melody looked up at the cliffs and see smoke. She slowly closed her book and put it back in her bag then stood up, he put the bag over her shouder and walked away, heading for the cliffs.

After a bit of a climb, Melody came to a cave where the smoke was coming from.
"I wonder who's inside" She said to her self as she entered the cave.

 

He smelled food cooking and said "Nevermind, I'll just get some cooked food. He flew off and followed the smell to a cave.

 

"Enter and you die" Kyla yelled. She was unsure who was outside at this point. "State your intentions. Are you friend or foe?"

 

He stopped just ouside the cave. "I'm just a friendly, hungry wind demon." he said. "Please don't kill me."
