So basically, I made two sigs, partially following a tut.

And one with a blue/gray gradient

    CNC is highly appreciated.

I like the lighter one a lot better, but the border could be just a tad thinner. I also like that distorted Kakashi face behind the actual Kakashi face.

    Looking good.

Wow, both of them are simply stunning!

I do like the blue a little more, simply because I like blue!

Anyway, you have great talent and I hope you keep it up! c:

My thoughts exactly. The border's a bit thick but I still love the coloration of the first one better.

I didn't notice that at first. I was focused on the stock in the foreground but it's a nice little touch.

    Overall, good work.

Thx for the feedback guys :) Blue is one of my fav. colors, which is why I wanted to try it.

Oh, and fixed the border, I noticed it was way too thick

There we go! That's better, and the focus on the subject (Kakashi in your case) is easier to do. (:

    Much better!

That border is subtle, but it's still noticeable enough to make the tag look a bit cleaner. Well done.

My biggest problem here is the case of 'floating head syndrome'. Stock placement is crucial; more often than not, your stock will be the focal point of the signature. If the placement is off there, you're starting yourself with a severe handicap. I'd suggest reading some tutorials on composition and placement; you have no idea how much learning fundamentals like that can help.

On the subject of the stock, too, pay attention to the quality. Manga stocks are often difficult to come by in high quality (though not impossible!), and you can sometimes salvage them, but sometimes it's easier to just go the extra mile and find a HQ stock.

Talking about the stock just a little more, the head is very large (a common side effect of floating head syndrome) in comparison with the rest of the canvas; it's taking up probably about half of it. That doesn't leave much room for effects.

The background effects you have right now are pretty interesting, though. There's some really nice stuff going on in there. I can see some flow going on there too, which is always nice--though you could have taken it a bit farther. =]

Partially following tuts I like too, I'd suggest doing it more--following them exactly sometimes leaves you with a signature identical to the creator's; when partially following I find it's more of a blend of the tut and you.

Pretty much what Misty said. Placement is really important when you're making a tag. This would look really nice if the image you used was a bit smaller and off to the side a little more. Keep up the good work~

I can't really say much more because I'd just be repeating what Misty said. xD

    Oh theyre all nice...
I like the more light purple one the best,as the colours suit the actual image more.
It all fits together really well, but I do have to agree with what Misty said.
    Good work
