    I think she lost her heart in the first one.
    I'm not sure excatly what happened though :S

    She lost her heart in Destiny ISlands, but she gave it to Sora. Because she had no darkness in her heart, her body couldn't leave the Realm of Light to go to the Realm of Darkness and she became comatose.
    Then when SOra gave up his heart and Kairi's heart with the Fake Keyblade, Namine was born using Kairi's heart and Sora's body

    you know, in the first one, she lost her heart to opening the final keyhole
    then Sora, freed her heart cause when she lost it(well didnt lose it, sora had it the whole time)he used the keyblade to give all the princesses back the hearts they lost opening the keyhole
