Traditional Art Kairi and Namine...Again XD

So waaaay back in June I posted an unfinished drawing of Kairi and Namine that I sketched at summer camp.

Well, I forgot about it, then in August I went on vacation and happened to take that notebook. It also just happened that I was in a car for 18 hours (both ways) So I finished the drawing.

I'm not sure I like how It turned out. Kairi's left hand is weird and Namine's dress seems too short or something. Or Maybe Kairi's shirt is too long.

Either way, keep in mind that most of it was done while in a car, and from memory. (Well, the second part of it was done from memory. The first part I was looking at a picture. Sort of. Not tracing or anything, just checking for reference.)

(Oh, and it seems a little bolder on the second one becuase I got bored and colored Kairi's hair A LOT..... I was in a car for 18 hours, give me a break..XP)

They look great, they look almost exactly like the ones from the KH CoM manga.

 

I remember seeing your drawing.
But the re-edit one is good.
Try to draw some wrinkles in Kairi's shirt,it kinda makes her body look flat to me.

But I like it so good job.

XD The picture that I was looking at for the first part? That was it. But you can tell I didn't trace becuase some of the proportions are a bit different.

Wow, those are cute ^_^ not really anything that could do with fixing up besides what HisNobody said about adding a few wrinkles to Kairi's shirt and maybe Namine's dress. I would normaly say add a bit of shading but I think it looks fine the way it is without shading, maybe even better than if you shaded it.

 

Personally I think it's great that you drew this in a carride - it may take much longer, but it's good practice to keep the control over your lines. (weird, but true) Kairi's hair seems to be way too much shaded in dark, it makes her look like Yuffie at first glance - leaving some parts lighter could probably help, though I suppose that is too late now. Oh well. You have a good memory though, I wouldn't have remembered half of the designs. ^^;

Yeah, I know. You can see how much lighter it is in the first drawing. I was bored in a car though, so I just colored her hair XD
