Just Not Fair

I'd like to say every game is a waste of time, really.

 

If you want to be cynical about it, sure
but then you can say everything in life is a waste of time at that point.
You're just going to die and be forgotten anyways

 

It is! All of it a pointless farce!
But you should enjoy doing it. That's why I like KH2. I felt powerful, because I was made powerful.

 

I must be one of the few that has never tried to complete the Hades cup, or gotten lucky enough to ever get the Final Form.

 

Well with Final Form you jsut need to get Anti Form enough. After I think three times it's guaranteed to get you Final Form

It's not like you need it. A majority of times I've beaten the game I've only ever done Valor Form. Sometimes I do wisdom form, and lately I do Master Form for the skills, but Final Form isn't that necessary. But even still, High Jump is the only thing that helps

 

You have some bloatware abilities equipped: if you're looking to speed through things, get rid of the Combo Pluses. Also Auto Final and Horizontal Slash. You don't really need either. Use the 5-6 freed AP for Damage Drive & the Form Boosts. Replace Oblivion with Oathkeeper -- Oblivion is good for helping you refill your Drive Gauge up when you're out, but Oathkeeper keeps you in it longer since it has Form Boost as its Passive Ability.

You also might wanna consider leveling a bit more and/or using Power/Defense Boost items. And get rid of the Firagun Bangle for something that will beef up Defense more.

 

Glide is one of the most useful skills in the game

 

I meant more the fact that a person exists who has played KH2 but has yet to get Final Form just for the heck of it.
And yeah glide's very useful. And in Final the keyblades spin around in front of you so you literally only have to fly to deal damage in Final.

 

I've gotten by just fine without it. Never had a problem without it before, and I won't any other time

 

It's very useful when you need to get to Sephiroth to interrupt Heartless Angel.

 

That doesn't make it any less useful

 

I just need Valor and Master Form's skills for that. Right there I can jump up right to him and immediately get him. I've even been able to get him from one side of the map to the other without getting hit

 

The speed of LV 3 glide is REALLY handy for catching him if he's far away though. Plus gliding after using aerial dodge lets you get around REALLY fast

 

I've been able to get around fast enough just fine without glide. Besides, I don't want to be zooming around everywhere and missing stuff if I'm trying to find something. High Jump and Aerial Dodge do just the trick to reach any sort of high area. Like I said, I can do just fine without Glide

 

Okay? That's great. Gliding is still faster.
Also lol exploration in KH2

 

Trying to find chests, yes, you need to actually look in some places. And while gliding is faster in itself, it's still faster just to go through the game and play normally while leveling up the other skills and getting them then just taking the extra time to get one form and one skill.

 

You can't play through the game with glide anyways. You unlock Final Form at earliest during the Xigbar fight.
I'm sorry but finding chests in KH2 isn't a remote challenge. They're always in the typical places
