Apparently there's a stir going on in Youtube.

Someone posted their thoughts about the shorter version which talks just his comments about getting a 360 if you have no Internet and it was removed.

The video poster was confused why because he said nothing really that broke Youtube's rules. Thanks for posting this, I probably wouldn't have found it otherwise and I'm trying to tell others about it. =3

Good. Game consoles need to be held back. PS2 was a piece of shit in the hardware department and it's still one of the most beloved systems in gaming history. Know why? Because it has good games. Same with the PC; most people think of it as synonymous with "top-of-the-line performance" and "superb graphics," but quite a few of my favorite PC games really aren't that impressive to look at - that or I can't or don't run them on the maximum settings. Working with limits forces you to excel.

That's what worries me about the PS4. As good as it looks right now, I'm afraid developers are going to start getting lazy. It happened this generation.

Which is stupid because if they price them a little lower than a used copy of the original game (or add in extras from multiple versions) they'll still make a lot of sales, both from re-purchases and from second-wave consumers who never experienced the first one and are now hearing from all their friends about how good it was and how they HAVE to get it

Consoles aren't satisfied with some of the money, or even most of the money; they have to have ALL OF THE MONEY

 

While I appreciate the attempts at trying to move the industry forward, Microsoft is certainly going about it the wrong way and alienating consumers heavily in the process.

Yeah, kinda this. There are little glimmers. All digital games will be day one, the kinect IS a fine piece of machinery... just nobody uses it with any creativity
But then there's stuff like making you authenticate your games, and the 24 hour online connection thing... stuff that significantly hampers owners of the system

 

Well, for those people who want to play PS3 games and don't want to stream, we do have an alternative and it's called Playstation 3.
