I remember the first of the last two bosses lagged my 3DS just from how awesome it was.

 

Using the counterpoint keyblade
I had the following in my command deck: Shadowbreaker, Icebreaker, Curaga, Mega Poition, Meteor, Spark Raid
Honestly I just spammed Shadow and Ice breaker as well as the normal spinning attack thing Riku does, it was cake.
