lol, yeah, I never got much into TOS before. I mean, I'd seen a few episodes here and there (Trouble with Tribbles, of course) But growing up I only really watched Next Gen and Voyager. I'll tell you what, though, I'm definitely planning on watching TOS when I have the time, and don't worry, I'll seperate the two before I ever start and come at TOS with a clean slate and open mind.
I got my mom to watch it on Saturday, and she was completely lost. She saw the first, but she didn't understand why Kirk was the captain, why there were two spocks, and everything else you had to see the first to understand...which she did.
