thats alot of money. In cali, the average single parent makes about $600 dollars a month, meaning they would only get $7,200 a year. My aunt makes that much a year, too. :/

That's a very small amount of money. You'd barely be able to afford to live with an in-come like that, if you lived here. And yes, welfare would have to be taken into action with this sort of in-come...xD
