So... I'm using Hotmail as my main email address for this site and everything else... and now, recently (today... dunno if it's because of the new server or what), every single subscription email from KHV is going to my junk folder... I say it's not Junk, but that doesn't seem to make a difference... I have no idea how I can make it go back to normal and send KHV email to my normal inbox again... Anyone got any ideas?
hmm, I kinda get that with my Inbox. I get junk mail in my Inbox like crazy, and no matter what I do it keeps coming.
Yes, that happened to me, too, after the move, although I use Yahoo! Mail. Just select everything and click "Not Spam", and any future e-mails you receive will go to your inbox again.
I hope so lol Will you announce when the move is completely finished? At any rate, once that happens, I'll let you know if I'm still having the problem or not, but until then. I'll have faith that the completed move will fix the problem.
It is going to the spam because of the server, yes. However, you should be able to make some sort of rule that makes it go into the normal inbox. Also, when the site is fully moved, it will still go into junk, because obviously, the mail is coming from the new server, and then it shouldn't matter whether it is partially or completely removed, as long as the e-mail section of it is moved.
Yeah, but the only 'rule' thing I have is checking the email and specifying 'Not Junk' I've done that several times, but all the KHV email is still going to the Junk Folder.. :/ If the complete move of the site doesn't fix it... then I dunno what else I can do. :( ~ EDIT: It seems the complete move, did fix it. So yeah. XD This thread can be locked now since the problem is solved.
