the thing on the dude's head looks weird, and the top center is a bit too bright. try darkening that area. It's a nice pic you used, and I like how sharp the objects are, but it doesn't seem to blend all the way with the background. A little less yellow would be nice. Overall quite good though.​

 

Your stocks seem to float above your effects in your tags. try and fix that.

 

What kind of effects would you suggest? Clippings?

 

The light in the middle is too bright
To much yellow which brings a nice flow with the background
