Last time I played as Beat was in Sega Superstars Tennis...Good to see they're bring JSR to modern systems
I wouldn't say it's as good, the second definitely improves on the firsts downfalls, but the first is still a brilliant game in its own right, definitely worth the price
dsfsdkgjsdhsdgjhdgsdgdsgs holy jesus SO EXCITED. Never got a chance to play the original because I never even heard much about the Dreamcast, much less could I afford it if I had. But JSRF is my literal most favorite game of all time. And people who've played both say the first was better; tighter structure, better mechanics, etc. I kinda like the free-roam aspect of Future, but I'm also a big fan of the original Tony Hawk games, so if the difference is anything like that, I'm all for it.
News from Sega! Apparently they've managed to re-assemble the entire original soundtrack--and not just the U.S., European, or Japanese versions, but a full worldwide collection--for the XBLA and PSN port of Jet Set Radio. Article here, video showcase here. Anyone played the original who can confirm all the tracks are intact? ...JSR had Rob Zombie in it? Wow, weird times bro.
I thought "Concept of Love" was from JSRF? Then again, I never played the first one. Hoping to pick it up on PSN.
Yeah, pretty sure it's JSRF-exclusive. I'd rather they stick to the classic JSR tracks, get the full original experience. But then, I can play JSRF any time. Even so, crossing my fingers they port that next!
