Japan Can Now Play PSP Games Online With Their PS3

I don't know much about the PS3, so sorry if this a dumb question. If the PS3 can play PSP games online, can it play all PSP games in general?

 

No. The PS3 works as a 'transmitter'. You still play the games with the PSP. PS3 alone cant do it.

 

Here's hoping Dissidia can take advantage of ad-hoc, since I hardly doubt SE will take the time to include an online interface themselves.

 

With all these new features they keep adding, it's getting more and more likely that I'll buy a PSP and PS3 in the near future.
