I've had almost no homework in the past few days.

This is what I've accomplished.

...I also first started to learn it last night, hence the few slips. xD
Though the only mic I have now is built on to my laptop, which is ****, and I will have to deal with that later on.
But yeah as of tonight I can play it smoothly, including the transitions between parts and I'm getting better at the chorus section. 8D

Aaand for those that don't know, the song I'm starting to play is Avenged Sevenfold's Fiction.

 

Here we see the next Dave Brubeck or Thelonious Monk.

It is truly coming along quite well, madam - bravo, bravo indeed. And it may be hoped that a higher-quality microphone may be purchased in the future.

 

Sounds nice. It'd sound better if I knew what Avenged Sevenfold's Fiction was but w/e. Also that's a lovely view of your couch?

Ehh it might be the settings for the mic, I'll have to mess with it when I have time. I'm kind of trying to save money so buying a new mic wouldn't be fun. :c

Thanks, and yeah, I had my laptop turned away from the piano in hopes that it wouldn't get so distorted as it had in previous recordings. The couch was the furthest point away. xD
