On, guess what: April 1st. We recieved a phone call from our uncle and aunt. We thought it was an April Fool :D But it's for real, there's a new member in our family! Her name's Olivia. Nice name, isn't it?

I bet you're itching to be someone she can look up to. ;) New members of the family always give a feeling of wanting to live up to a certain expectation after all. And I'm sure you'll do well. Lass, when you know nothing except her name, "she sounds incredibly cute!" just doesn't sound credible. Can she take a joke?

Personally I like the short version "Liv" better but that's a matter of taste really. How will you address her? Olivia or Liv?
I'd address her as Olivia, as it is her whole name. I prefer addressing people by their actual names :)
