I've decided to fold 1000 paper cranes.

...out of Stride gum wrappers. I have 372 already.

Can someone please give me a life?

And I'm honestly curious, has anyone ever tried this? Just the thousand, not the paper of choice.

I could never keep up the attention span. I prefer folding singular complex things.

Also if I may ask where is all the gum from these wrappers going?

    390 of 'em now.

Singular complex things are fun too, but you don't get quite the "Holy Bejeebus what's wrong with you?" reactions.

The gum will be used as adhesive when I at last build the super robot crane that will in fact take over the world.
Nah, I'm mainly getting the wrappers from friends, so there's just a lot of chewing going down.

"The largest crane folded from a single sheet of paper had a wingspan of 7.1 meters. It was folded by students in Jim Mockford's Japanese class at Camas High School (USA) from a piece of paper that was about 2 sq meters [23 sq ft]
The crane was sent to Camas' sister school - Seirei Gakuen High School in Hamamatsu, Japan"

But I'd be throwing the wrappers away anyway :.-.: And this will make the trash prettier.
