ive been crying all day

    im crying and i dont know why..someone help me....im crying all day...like right now i was looking at a thread and i started crying...

    Oh,maybe it was one of the sigs,or avi's that made you cry.But it's uncommon.Just try to calm yourself down.Think of happy thoughts,and things that make you laugh.

    If you're a woman, it could be hormones. They can do that to you. Or maybe depression if you're not... I'm not entirely sure. Some days, I can wake up pretty crappy and almost cry at the drop of a hat (well, at the first sad thing I hear).

    you know whats creepy..i was chatting with my friend on yahoo and i was laughing and then i started crying and in was laughing again and when i was watching tv i was crying and when i was writing a haiku i was crying...


    its not the woman thing, LOL

    This is actually very true.

    Sometimes we cry even if there seems to be no real logical reason for it other than a need to cry.

    Just let it all out. It can be confusing when it happens, and sometimes it is very wtf, but you'll feel better for it.

    It's those marvelous substances called hormones. They make you do that. There's really nothing you can do except let it out. =)

    i found out why iwas crying....i keep thinking about a certain something that im scared of and something that hurt me in the past..and then i try to forget and i think of it again...

    Fears are strange things sweetheart, sometimes the only way to deal with a fear is chase it down head on. Being hurt in the past can cause damage that sticks in your mind and your memory for a long time, but remember, your past only shapes your future, it doesn't dictate.

    Don't let whatever it is that is making you cry hold you back.

    The same happens to me all the time and nothing makes it happen. Nothingness consumes. With me it seemed like exaughhstion. Perhaps sleep and a chilled day can help you. It's helped me. The later it gets the less hope I'm getting again today. Well try resting and I honestly hope you dont fall into the same despair I was in yesterday. Today I feel like yesterday was alifetime in prison. Just sleep it off hun -huggles-Feel better...Please?

    There are always two solutions to any fear. Cut through them or avoid them. If this fear or memory is causing you this kind of grief, look past it. Find something that will move you through it, and get you to the other side. Don't see these things as walls. Look at them as the past, and simply that. If it is something that has hurt you before, then put yourself in the present, and don't let your thoughts dwell on the past. If you feel the need, take our advice and let yourself cry. Find someone to tell it to, someone who'll listen, and someone who might be able to help.

    Listen, you won't forget it. I can tell because it's upset you. but simply make that memory...uh, how to put this... insignificant. don't regard it as anything worth remembering. Like I said, you won't forget, but it'll affect you less if you have another off day like today.

    I know nothing of any of this, so my advice may be completely useless, but if it can help, I hope it will. And hey, you've always got us here to lean on and cheer you up if your feelin' blue. :D

    i hope things are better for you now.... sometimes emtions do come up that cause you to cry for no reason; believe it or not, im sure there are many other people that have had the same problem... they must be able to give you better advice.
