    Oh I know alcohol and caffeine are.

    It's a classification thing, just like how some illegal drugs are classed as being worse than others.

    Paracetamol is a drug but I wouldn't put it in the same light as Cocaine.

    Why wouldn't you, though? Tons of prescription drugs are worse for you than illegal alternatives.

    I don't know enough about paracetamol to compare it to cocaine, but I compare drugs based on their effects and addictive-ness. By that token I do not class drugs at all. I am not sure what I would class them in if I tried.
