Everyone's menstrual cycle is different, as Janson says (I love you with this username ffffff), but if you know yours and its regular that's your business. However, menstruation and ovulation are not the same thing! Ovulation is when the egg is present and viable for fertilization, and therefore when you shouldn't be shagging. When ovulation actually occurs varies from woman to woman, and can be during menstruation. For best birth control results, find out when you're ovulating. How you would go about this is beyond me.
(i learned all this in my biology class this year i barely paid attention so i could be wrong. tl;dr do not take medical advice from misty)

Congratulations! I would echo everyone's concerns about age and the lack of arguments but as long as you feel secure that this is right and those factors will not hamper you, I think you'll do fine. Some people find love earlier in their lives, and every relationships is different; there's no reason that societal standards for marriageable age or signs of a good relationship should prevent you if you are really sure. :)
