    Sadly, this guy is 100% correct.

    Even though I already knew most of that, it makes me sad to hear it from a comedian...

    Less kids passing school? Decrease the standards, decrease IQ. What we REALLY need to do is get parents to get their kids interested in learning and get better teachers who will catch your attention and teach the things you NEED to know to get a good high paying job and use critical thinking.
