the king sighed and shook his head with a hand on his forehead, "that girl is a rebel, not a princess......" he muttered, "do you know where she went?"

Natsuki smelled the bakery and walked over, seeing Syn and recognizing her from a while ago

Syn saw Natsuki and blinked, nice clothes.....

 

Kimiko shook her head. "No... I tried to go after her and find out, but... I couldn't..." She said.

 

Li walked out carring the bread, he didnt notice Natsuki. He just turned to Syn as soon as he came out, "We are having a picnic on the hill before the beach. Take Vaj there, Ill get the food."

Vaj hopped out to Syn, "It will be fun!" She said weakly, scratching her mutated arm

 

Natsuki walked up and tried to ignore the others, looking through the window, cupping her hands around her eyes to see through better

Syn picked up Vaj, glancing at Natsuki,

the king sighed,

 

Li walked into the gorcery store. He grabbed some cups then a jug of grape juice, he smiled then moved on and grabbed some pretzels, followed by some cookies, and a bag of prawns. He bought the food then went to the hill

Vaj looked up at the sky, she closed her eyes and went the mild wind blow against her face

 

Syn looked back at Vaj, "how ya feelin?" she asked

Natsuki sat down after walking for a while longer, she sighed and watched the bustling of the people in the kingdom.

 

Li set down a picnic blanket he had bought at the store and sat down, setting up the food

Vaj blinked as she opened her eyes, "I-Im fine...."

 

Natsuki sighed, i wonder if ill see the prince or princess at all... she thought

Syn set Vaj down on the hill and sighed

 

Li poured the juice and handed a cup to Vaj and Syn. Then grabbed the sweet bread and started cutting it with his blade, placed 2 pieces on different plates then took out 2 cookies and placed them on each on the plates. Then handed one to Syn and the other to Vaj

Vaj looked down at the food with a blank but somewhat discusted look, "Thank you.." She said quietly and wripped off a piece of the bread

Li nodded then took out a lighter and gathered a couple of sticks, making a safe small fire and heating the prawns on it

 

Syn sighed and picked up the sweet bread, looking at it and flipping it over, being bored

 

Li sighed and put a couple of prawns in a cup and handed it to Syn, then did the same thing to Vaj, "Enjoy."

Vaj blinked at the food, "I....." She was about to say but then took a prawn and bit into it, but not completely chewing it. Just holding it with her teeth

 

Syn yawned and layed down, "you can have mine Li, i'm gonna take a nap." she said and moved her scarf up to her eyes,

 

Li blinked then shrugged and took the plate and the cup. He ripped off a piece of bread and ate it, smiling from the sweet icing. He looked at Vaj as he swallowed, "You like Sweet bread. Dont you..?"

Vaj bit down harder on the prawn, she grabbed it and ripped a piece of then swallowed, "Yes." She said then took piece of bread and ate it

 

i'm really, really sorry for being so late...alright...

Syn yawned once more and closed her eyes, putting her hands behind her head. she peeked at Vaj and Li from under her scarf

Li sighed and looked down, he looked up with his eyes and then looked back down

Vaj took over shrimp and wripped it with her teeth in a violent bite

 

Syn pretended to sleep, even though she couldnt fall asleep

 

Vaj stood up, "Im going to go down to the beach." She said then turned around and walked down the hill and to the sand

Li sighed and looked at Syn, "I know your not sleeping...."

 

Syn peeked at him from under her scarf, you could see her eye, but nothing else, "ok, i'm not, but it's harder then normal to fall asleep, can't tell why." she mumbled

 

Li sighed, "Sorry....Im going to go back into town. Watch Vaj...Kind of- But from a distance. I think she needs some alone time." He explained then stood up and walked back into town

Vaj walked along where the waves came up, she sighed and held up arms close, picking up her breathing. I dont feel good anymore.....
