It Lies in the Heart.

Kelveras felt her wince and leaned up, "your wound hurting again dear...." he said reaching over and taking the medicine bottle off the table, "I hope this stuff doesn't taste bad...lets see here he said take a sip everytime there is pain until there are no signs of it...." he said carefully opening it and putting it to June's mouth, "there you are dear...."

Lanern thought, "hmm....that would work....majority of the hedges in the garden would hide us...." he said, "and most likely they will walk through the garden to get back to the castle..."

 

Syn looked away and snickered,

Tadami looked up at the castle, "when we get back is there a particular room you want to stay in?"

Natsuki shook her head, "nope. i want to go to the garden." she said, tightening her grip on Tadami,

 

Vaj sighed then nodded and hopped on his back

Li pulled her up a little more then started walking down the hill

 

Tadami walked into the garden,

Natsuki smiled,

Syn walked after them,

 

"Yeah, that'll work..." She said and grinned. "Hmm... But when will we jump out? I mean, we should jump out at the same time so they'll be really surprised..." Kimiko said and giggled.

June carefully sat up. When he placed the bottle to her mouth, she took a small sip of it. Tha taste wasn't too good, but she made sure that she got it down so the pain would go away. "Thank you, Kelveras..." She said and smiled, hugging him.

 

Li walked onto the boat and sat Vaj down, "You are getting.....Lighter...Did you know that?"

Vaj looked at him then looked down, "O-Oh...Thats good..."

 

"Anything to help you feel better love...." Kelveras smiled putting the bottle back on the table, he gently kissed her once before laying back down on the laid and letting her rest her head on his chest, "June...what do you think your mother will say when she learns that we love each other...." he said looking up and gently rubbing her back.

"Before or after....hmmm....I say we jump out before....I would say that could scare them more...." Lanern grinned, "I suggest we find our spot and get ready...they could be headed this way any moment..."

 

Kimiko nodded. "Right..." She said and stood up. "They could already be on their way! We better hurry!" She said and smiled before running off towards the garden, making sure Lanern was coming, too.

June laid back down with him and gently laid her head on his chest. She relaxed and thought for a moment. "Well, to say the truth, I don't know what she'd say..." June said. "Although I have a feeling she won't like it too much..." She added and sighed.

 

"Then I guess she won't like it....but it won't change how I feel about you June....I love you...." Kelveras smiled and gently kissed her hand, "no matter what...I will be by your side...loving you....." he gently rubbed her back and held her close.

Lanern hide behind the hedges along with Kimiko, "ok...we have to be quiet until we are able to hear them...." he said quietly, "then if this goes as planned....it should put a good surprised look on their faces...."

 

June smiled and held him close. "It doesn't matter to me what she thinks... I love you, and nobody can make me feel any differently..." She said and gently kissed him.

Kimiko smiled and nodded silently. She looked through a small hole in the hedges until she saw Tadami walk into the garden carrying Natsuki. She grinned.

 

Natsuki smiled when they got into the garden,

Tadami walked down the path, "where do you want to go?"

Syn looked at Vaj and Li, she shouldnt be getting lighter.....

 

"It doesn't matter to me either....I love you June...thats all I care about..." Kelveras smiled and tenderly returned her kiss, "as long as I can be with you....loving you.....always by your side through everything and anything that awaits us....I'm happy....."

Lanern watched Kimiko and her gestures, "just give me a knowledgable sign when they are close enough....." he thought, "I bet they will get a kick out of this....."

 

Li helped her up once the fairy landed, he picked her up again in a piggyback and walked towards the palace

Vaj looked back, "You coming Syn....?"

 

Kimiko grinned and looked at Lanern. She nodded to let him know they were there. Then she started to silently count down with her fingers. 3...2...1... Once her fingers reached zero, she jumped out of the bushes to surprise them. "Boo!" She shouted.

June smiled and looked up at Kelveras. "If you're tired, you can go to sleep..." She said, giving his hand a gentle squeeze. "I know you've had a long day, too..."

 

Kelveras grinned, "we both have dear...." he said gently touching her cheek, "well if I do...it will probably be in that chair....that is if I don't fall asleep before I can get up....." he laughed making a unefforted attempt to get up then gently falling back down, "my beautiful June....my beautiful love...." he said tenderly kissing her once.

Lanern jumped out after seeing Kimiko jump out, "well well...." he laughed seeing the expression on Natsuki and Tadami's face, "taking a stroll through the garden I see...."

 

Syn nodded, "h-hai, gomen," she said and ran after them

"you scared us!" Natsuki said and frowned,

Tadami looked at the two,

 

Li laid Vaj in her bed the placed the covers on her, "See you in the morning."

Vaj blinked as she looked up at the ceilings, "Yeah..."

 

Kimiko giggled at their expressions. "Gomenasai..." She said and rubbed the back of her head, smiling.

June couldn't help but laugh at his "attempt" to get up. "You don't need to get up if you're too tired to..." She said and grinned, hugging him close. She returned his kiss. "I love you, Kelveras... so much..."

 

"True dear....I'm right where I want to be actually...here with you...." Kelveras smiled and gently put his hand through her hair and let it go to her back and gently rubbed her back, "I love you June....with all my heart dear....." he said gently taking her hand in his, "my princess....my love....." he said holding her close.

Lanern laughed a little, "well...those are two expressions for sure..." he said then sighed, "unfornately I was hoping for ones that were a little less disapproving and a little more on the happy side?" he said before looking at Natsuki, "I'm glad to hear your doing better princess...."

 

Natsuki shook off her look and smiled, "hiya Lanern!"

Tadami smiled a little too,

Syn looked at the others and frowned, she turned around and started to walk out the castle
