Natsuki whined and bit her lip, her nails still dug into her arm, right now she didnt care if her lip and arm started bleeding, she managed to get out a few words, "how could you have known.... i was wearing a mask and cloak...." she said

Tadami stood up and sulked back to the castle

 

Hearing that, June's eyes widened a little and she held on to him tighter. "No, Kelveras!" June said, tears beggining to fall down her cheeks. "I won't let you do that... i won't let you die for me... I won't-" She was suddenly cut off by a sharp pain in her stomach. She let out a yell of pain. I have to be more careful... She thought, gritting her teeth and closing her eyes tightly.

I wonder where Tadami is... Kimiko thought, looking down at the town.

 

Li walked inside and stared at her, "Mother wants you."
"W-"
"Just go."

"O-Okay..." Vaj replied quiety, feeling somewhat punished. She took off the wig and walked down to her mothers throne. Not looking at her, "W-What is it...Mother?"

 

Kelveras held June close and gently held her hand, "its ok dear....I will do whatever it takes...." he smiled looking into her eyes, he tenderly kissed her, "I promised to always be here for you....always to protect you....always to love you...." He closed his eyes and hugged her close, "I love you June....with all my heart dear...."

Lanern shook his head, "its the fact I wasn't there....I didn't protect you Natsuki..." he said gently removing her arm from her other one, "if you need to hold onto something you can use me princess....." he said gently taking her hand.

 

Natsuki felt tears flooding down her face, "no, i dont want to-" she cried in pain, clutching at Lanenr's arm, trying not to hurt him, she cried, "i wish Tadami-kun was here," she sniffed

Tadami sat against the wall once he got to the castel and lookd at the door, waiting for Natsuki to come home

 

June shook her head. "It doesn't matter what happens to me... It doesn't matter if you promised or not... I will not let you die for me..." She held on to him tightly, tears falling down her cheeks. She didn't even care about the pain in her stomach. "I always want to be with you, Kelveras..." She gently kissed him. "I love you so much..."

Kimiko leaned back in the chair that was in the lookout tower. As it got later, she eventually fell asleep.

 

"But I care dear....." Kelveras said gently returning her kiss and tenderly touching her cheek, "I always want to be with you love.....I will do anything I have to, to protect you....to keep you safe..." he smiled holding her close in a gentle embrace, "I love you too June....so much....."

Lanern held her close and held her hand, "its ok Natsuki....if I can help you this way then do it...." he smiled, "I promise you will see your brother tomorrow....and you will be ok....."

 

The Queen sighed, "Vaj, my daughter, how old are you now?"

Vaj looked up at her with a semi-scared/curious look, "F-Fifthteen...."

The Queen nodded, "Oh, I see....I was wondering if you've met anyone?"

Vaj looked at her with a scowl, "What do you mean..."

 

June hugged him close, tears falling down her cheeks. She closed her eyes, not knowing what else to say to him.

 

Natsuki continued to cry and soon fll asleep, tears still falling down her face,

Tadami fell asleep waiting for Natsuki to get back

 

Kelveras continued to hold June close to him, and gently rubbed her back, "I'm here June....I will always be here for you love....." he said gently squeezing her hand, "I want you to always know that....no matter what...we will be together....I love you so much...."

Lanern gently touched Natsukis's cheek and sighed, "I'm sorry you must endure this princess...." he said looking up at the sky, "we will be home tomorrow...we will get you fixed up...and you can see your brother...."

 

Vaj stared at her mother, "Im leaving.." She said quickly, before her mother could speak. She flipped around and ran out of the room and to Li

The Queen smirked and laughed a little

Li was reading in the library again, he looked up at her once she came in, "Whats wrong with you?"

 

Natsuki frowned and clenched her fists

 

June held on to Kelveras, never wanting to let go. Tears fell steadily down her cheeks as she opened her eyes. "I... love you too... Kelveras..." She said weakly, a smile forming on her face.I never want to let you go... I never want to leave your side again... She thought.

 

"Rest my love...." Kelveras said gently touching June's cheek, "I will always be by your side dear....I promise you that...." he said gently taking her hand in his, "no matter what....I will be with you through everything....."

Lanern gently put the edges of the cloak around Natsuki for warmth, "my princess...." he sighed gently rubbing her arm, "I wish there was more I could do for you.....I wish I could take all your pain and just make it go away...."

 

Natsuki became calm the deeper into sleep she fell, tears ceased to fall, and she didnt tense,

June closed her eyes and let out a breath of air ask she relaxed. Her breathing was somewhat shaky and she winced when she moved slightly, causing a small shock of pain to go through the wound. She couldn't bring herself to talk anymore, as she didn't have the energy to. She gave his hand a small, gentle squeeze and smiled.

BIC: Kelveras readied his horse and made sure all the supplies were safely put away, "sleep as long as you like love.....as long as your not in pain.....I'm happy...." he smiled gently touching her cheek, "she looks so calm....like the pain is gone...."

Lanern prepared his horse and got everything put away, "todays the day princess....I'll bring you home...and you can see your brother...." he smiled, "then hopefully this pain can leave you...."

Vaj and Li had fallen asleep after talking in the library

Vaj slowly opened her eyes a groaned at the uncomfurtable posistion she was in from falling asleep in the hard chair. She rubbed her back as she sat up, she looked at Li and shook his arm which was sticking straight out

Li grumbled quietly then opened his eyes and looked at Vaj, "What is it....?" He asked, sitting up and feeling some small pain in his back, he rubbed it then scratched his sleepy eyes and went back to looking at her.

Vaj twittled her fingers, "You dont think mother will...Do you? A-At my age...?"
