"Then why are you out here?" he asked confused

 

She laughed nervously. "What the royal family doesn't know won't hurt me."

 

"Ah HA!" he said excitedly. "It appears that the tables are turned then my friend. if you do not give me the details that you are aloud to give me on the prediction, then I'll tell the royal family that you're out here" he said to her with a smirk.

She sighed. "Here um...Ask any question and I'll answer it. That way I won't get intotruouble. Fair enough?"

 

"Hmmmm, alrite." he said as he began to ponder. He was hoping that she would able to send a prediction his way instead of luck being the only thing that would decide how he would obtain his fortune. He needed something relavant, something that he knew would be an annoyance in his future plans. He had no need to ask if his plan would work, for if he did then he would not be able to find out what would get in the way of his plans. But then, as that very thought crossed his mind, he asked "What is the greatest threat to my plans"

 

"The humans."

 

"Humans? What're those?" he asked. He heard rumors about these strange beings, but he had never really heard much about them. "What kind of abilities do these humans hold?" he asked. "I need details"

 

Her eyes went blank, like she was day dreaming or something, for a moment. And when they went back to normal she smiled. "Remember that girl the prince fell in love with? She was human."

 

"How can such pathetic creatures possibly be a threat to me?" he questioned. "She possesed no powers at all. Such beings are nothing but play toys to me" he scoffed

 

"Some of them are gifted with powers. Oh by the way. Nice mind game you're playing."

 

"Mind game? I don't know what you're talking about" he said to her. "And I doubt that any more of those soft mushy creatures could possibly have powers" he said to her. Unlike humans, since he was an elf, his body's interior was different from a humans, so he did not compare them to him in any way

 

"The one that involes the prince. Doesn't ring a bell?"

"Oh come now. I'm simply.............persuading him to go in the direction of my choosing by showing jestures of kindness towards him" he said to her as he started to chuckle

 

She shurgged. "Seers like to remian netural so do as you wish and I won't tell anyone."

 

"Well then you wouldn't mind telling me how long until I have a problem with these so called 'humans' " he said to her

 

"Not very long. I can't see the exact day but it's close."

 

"Well that's all that I need to know. These days I wonder if you are the only woman on this island that I will ever be able to count on" he said to her as he started walking on ahead of her. "Now if you excuse me, I have to go find the prince" he said to her

 

"Wow thanks...I think. He's in the royal garden by the way." She said before going the other way to conutine what she was doing before

 

"Thanks" he said as he walked towards the castle, with a grin on his face. "Better get ready for the new guests" he muttered to himself, just like most crazed evil geniouses who seemed to talk to themselves oh to often
