Is Zack's dead Clouds fault?

So definetly Yes!

If Zack wasn't to carry him around for like 5 months or so he had survived!! It was all Clouds fault at all!

 

Well, I would have to disagree. I mean, Cloud and Zack were like best buddies. Zack would do anything for Cloud, and he was willing to not give up on him. And the troops would just find Zack no matter what the circumstances were. I mean, they found Angeal and Genisis, they were bound to find Zack as well.

So basically, it's not really exactly Cloud's fault, because Cloud couldn't do anything about it. He might've fought along side Zack if he could.

 

Well, it's his fault. But mostly just because if it weren't for cloud they wouldn't have even made it past Nibelhiem reactor. Sephiroth would have killed off Zack and none of the rest would have happened cuz Sephiroth would have already won.

 

It wasn't Cloud's fault. He was the one who defeated Sephiroth, and when Hojo found out who had killed Sephiroth, he experimented on Cloud. Zack escaped, and he decided to tow Cloud along. This was probably in part because Zack has a huge moral code, and because he and Cloud had grown close when they were in SOLDIER. Zack chose to take him along, he could have left him. Zack also chose to hide Cloud when he was being attacked by the hundreds of SOLDIERS, or when he was sniped. Either way, Cloud was the target, and Zack chose to save him. Cloud went on to do everything he did and save everyone. So no, I don't think it was Cloud's fault. Plus he was in a coma from mako addiction the whole time.

 

It's true that Cloud may have held Zack back in some ways, since Zack had to worry about protecting him. But it was Zack's choice to stay with Cloud and protect him, and Cloud had no say in the matter since he was kind of in a coma. So no, I don't think that it's Cloud's fault.

 

Well ZAck I'm sure had his own reasons for leaving Shinra. With him wanting to protect Cloud and all, and look for Angeal. I think it wasn't really Cloud's fault Zack died, Zack brought it upon himself by keeping Cloud away from Shinra.

 

It's not Clouds fault Zack died because Zack could have left Cloud anytime he wanted to but he chose to carry him around

I don't believe Zack dying really is Cloud's fault, they are best friends and plus, if Zack did leave Cloud at Nibelheim then Hojo would of experimented on Cloud alot more and who knows what could of happened.

Also take into account Shinra wasn't pleased learning about their escape as Tseng wanted to save Zack to give him a top secret file just for him.

We also have to take into account that Zack's usual SOLIDER strength was weakened alot by being experimented on and not moving for 4 years since he was within the capsule and not to mention the Shinra troops were in fact in sheer numbers.

Or well, if Cloud had never existed Zack wouldn't have died, of course.
But it was Zack who chose to try to help Cloud out ;______;
And Cloud couldn't do anything about it TT____TT

I will add for the nonbelievers that if Cloud wasn't doing anything, then how could he have gotten Zack killed?

And furthermore, Zack wouldn't have left Cloud behind no matter what happened.

 

I wouldn't say it's Cloud's fault. In fact I don't believe it is.

 

i don't think it was cloud's fault. Just think, if your friend was in grave danger and i mean your closest friend or someone like that, wouldn't you put your life on the line?

 

It isn't Cloud's fault. It was the developers fault for writing the plot so Zack would die.
