Birth by Sleep IS this real? Kingdom Hearts X?

It sounds kinda fake, but I’m not sure.
It would be cool, but I think it would be too much for Tetsuya Nomura. I mean to direct 4 games at once that's a little to much for one person. On the other hand I think 358/2 days is probably almost done seeing it's coming out this year... so yeah maybe he did already start directing a new game.

Edit: When I think about it, it's probably a fake. Why use X(10) for the third game instead of III(3)?
And why wasn't it anounced anywhere els?

 

No, the title is fake. Kingdom Hearts X was also known as Kingdom Hearts Zero which turned out to be none other than Birth by Sleep; the "Zero" meant it was gonna be a prequel.

 

I believe this to be fake, especially if you check the date of the articles beneath it, May 2007. That was before they announced BBS and the ds game.

It's possible they were just trying to get it ready if in fact it was to be announced, but they have probably kept it active in case there ever is a third.

hmm, i think it's fake, but, who knows? maybe new kingdom hearts for home console game (like Ps2, Ps3, etc.) and nomura keep it secret? i'm still confused :nono:

 

I bet the title came out before "birth by sleep" did. If thats the case, its a working title, since nomura didnt know what to call the kh prequel yet. KHX is definately real, but its called "Birth by Sleep" and not "khx."

 

I do believe that the title "X" was to represent an unknown name. Nomura stated that in an interview a while back.

 

This is IGN's way of saying, "If-theres-going-to-be-a-KH3-then-here-is-our-page-for-it."

 

I agree that they already started making it but not the whole game maybe just an entry!
And I think that they filled this "X" because it won't be called 3 and we don't know how!

yeah, it's the name they used for BBS before they actually found such a creative name.

KH3 will definetly be the last game that Nomura will be producing, since it's the farthest in the timeline up to date,

 

THis was the article made during the time when we didn't even know what is going to be the next KH projects.
