Some guy was talking about Roxas & Axel and the Whole Organization talking 2 Roxas saying the Keyblade Chosen One and they were talking about how he was a Nobody of Sora Was this in KH2 or FM or was it all made up???? Because i didnt miss no Cutscene
Don't quite understand your second inquiry, but regarding the "Roxas & Axel", there's an extra cutscene in Final Mix+ with Roxas and Axel having a discussion ontop of the Twilight Tower in what appeared to be Twilight Town.

I know there's at least one missed cutscene. It's right before the second to last Xemnas fight. I think Xemnas starts talking to Riku and Sora, but I din't know what he said, and the version I saw was in "English," so there were no voices. I'm not sure about the one you mentioned, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it did exist.
well if I remember right Xemnas said this to Sora "Sora, Are you sure you can trust riku?" and this to Riku "Riku, Are you sure you are not jealous of Sora?"
No no no, it was an actual cutscene. Once Sora and Riku jump on the Dragon (where Xemnas is), they give him the doom glare and he starts talking to them. It's before the battle even starts.
