Birth by Sleep Is Terra really Xehanort?

Well from what we've seen of a recent BBS trailer that showed Vexen and other organization member's others who were studying under Ansem The Wise. They look basically the same. No pics have surfaced yet, but from a viewers account they look just about the same as they did when they appeared in KH2 and CoM. Which would make sense since they are the bodies. Axel's other should look just about the same as Axel.

that may be true, but doesnt it seem fitting the Xehanort is the Big baddy that we have to beat in KH3?

Not only does BbS connect MX, Terra and Ventus to Xehanort, XH, Xemnas and Roxas but, in Days, there are some moments where Xemnas seems to treat Roxas like he knew him. Example: There's a scene where Xemnas taps Roxas' shoulder, there's another scene where Xemnas tells something along the lines of "So, you're sleeping once again."

That scene is virtually identical to the one where Terra taps Ven's shoulder, in the trailer. They even put it in slow-mo.

Seems like one giant wink to me. =/

But another thing I'd like to know, is why DS has a suit similar to Riku's. If, assuming Terra is in fact Ansem the Wise's apprentice, then later on, Riku would have obtained a similar suit to DS's, and Xehanort's heartless would be involved in him opening his heart to darkness. Thing is, did Riku have that suit before or after KH1 Xehanort's heartless met him? From what I can remember, I think it was before.

MX asked Terra to correct his "mistake," possibly implying his apprentice, DS. Could these two pieces of information possibly be linked?

Hnnn, that seems bizarre....

On one hand, we have the apprentice of Master Xehanort, his "mistake," controlling darkness (I think) and wearing that suit, who wields a keyblade. On the other hand, ten years later, we have the young Riku who is said was supposed to be the true keyblade master (I think I heard that somewhere before, not sure) opening his heart to the darkness and obtaining a similar suit, also wielding a keyblade. Next, we have Terra, whom said once that he "did not care about being master," and was asked by MX to correct his "mistake".

I think I heard once that Riku and Sora were "chosen" by previous keybearers, though I'm not sure how much truth was in it. If that were to apply here, and Terra chose Riku, what would that mean?

 

I think so I still need more info though, but look at their hair and faces, they look almost exactley alike except that Xeahnort has white long hair, orange eyes and tan skin that could signify Terra's turn to the darkness.

 

No doubt this has probably been mentioned at some point, but I strongly believe that Terra is who we know have come to know as Xehanort (whether it be that he was taken over by Master Xehanort or turned to darkness himself), and something that really reinforces this for me is the whole Xemnas/Chamber of Sleep and Awakening thing. What I'm referring to is the scene in which he speaks to Aqua's armor/Keyblade and he says, "It's been a long time, my friend." This is something we're all familiar with. Later, when we see the scene in which Xigbar and Zexion are talking, Xigbar mentions how he believes that the other chamber may very likely be somewhere hidden in Castle Oblivion, which would contain the other "friend," who would hypothetically be Ven (meaning the chamber would contain Ven's armor and Keyblade). I like to believe that it all connects in how Xemnas, having remembered his past at some point (whether this happened while he was still Xehanort or not is uncertain), is, or WAS, but still technically is Terra, and Aqua and Ven are his friends, reflective of the friendship trio between Sora, Riku, and Kairi or even Roxas, Axel, and Xion. To me, it's all very clear and makes an infinite amount of sense. Just thought I'd back up the whole theory with this additional idea.

 

I know how ppl keep going on and on about the resemblance, but aside from that if you take a look at the possibility of terra being xehanort (apprentice) it seems very likely. I dunno but if i were a betting man id pu 100000 dollars (k like 10$) on terra being xehanort

Kinda, remember this. The Organization didn't build Castle Oblivion they found. As we all know the castle effects one's memories. If for example Xehanort (Whoever they are) entered this castle it could cause him to lose his memory. I personally believe Terra is Xehanort, but his memory loss doesn't clearly state it's him. Unless you take into account the symbol seen on Master Xehanhort's keyblade looks similar to one on the Castle.

Unless I am mistaken, I just pwned. You dare to think that this isn't proof, that you honostly have no concept on irony, or whatever you may wish to call it :/

 

I dunno I'm actually starting to dislike these dumb connections. Go deeper to what actually could happen. It is very VERY unlikely that is a connection. Use some actual proof or connections. people that just post wat they see as appearance doesn't make too much of an impact.

 

I have to agree with this, lol. And since seeing this scene once 358/2 came out in Japan, it does seem to point towards a connection
Now it could be a coincidence, but two (Aqua's armor="Friend" and this with Roxas) in a row. It's a trend.

Firstly there is one thing that I am sure of that needs to be said.
Although this is probably a spoiler, anyone who wants to further analyze possibilities should look at this anyway:

Nomura himself said that the unversed are the opposite of human life, and that they possess some sort of connection to the Heartless and Nobodies.
Basically, if you consider people as being life forms, then the unversed are "deathforms."

So with that in mind I think all of the talk about Terra being an unversed should cease.
Now moving back to the Terra Xehanort subject.
I personally believe that Terra and Master Xehanort fused or Master Xehanort possessed Terra. I'm considering the 3 basic building blocks that the Ansem reports in Kh2 state that a person is made of: the heart, the body, and the soul.
The resemblances of Terra and Xehanort tell me that Xehanort has Terra's body. Im not entirely sure on this next one but I believe that Xehanort has Master Xehanort's soul because of how he turns evil and creates the Heartless and because at the end of the birth by sleep trailer Terra's eyes become the same color as Master Xehanort's. Orange.
