Umm... Once a year.

3) How often do you engage in religious ritual weekly (prayer, communion, other similar things)?
Every Friday I go to a Religious Youth Club, does that count? We say a prayer after every session. So, once-three times a week, probably.

4) Do you feel that religion in general is still relevant to your daily life?
Yes.

4) Do you feel that religion in general is still relevant to your daily life?Yes, in mine personally, but I do not feel it as much in the general public. God is slowly fading away from people's daily lives, and that is really sad to see.

My views are somewhat confusing and difficult to explain. So, feel free to ask questions if you need me to elaborate on something.

1) What religious denomination do you belong to?
I consider myself Jewish. However, I am an Athiest. Thus, I am an Athiest Jew.

2) How often do you attend a religious service (once a week, once a month, etc) (if your religion does not include this, please put N/A)?
I attend religious services during holidays mostly, and sometimes for Shabbat (although only once a year for Shabbat, at the least). I attend an Orthodox synagouge for these services, I even had my Bar-Mitzvah in that synagouge. This specific synagouge is most accepting of all Jews, no matter what level of faith. I also work in a Conservative synagouge, for their Hebrew school. I attend those services when it is required of me for my job, and for no other reason.

3) How often do you engage in religious ritual weekly (prayer, communion, other similar things)?
I keep Shabbat. I light the candles and have a family dinner. That's about it.

4) Do you feel that religion in general is still relevant to your daily life?
My religion is very relevant to me. My parents are Israeli and I speak Hebrew at home, so what goes on in Israel affects me greatly. And that ties back to religion because it is the only Jewish country. And all the struggles that we, as a people, go through, are always in my thoughts. So, although I am an Athiest, Judaism is still an important part of me because it's about the tradition and the language and the food and the people. It is more of a culture and an identity to me. Without it, I'm nothing.

5) On a scale from 1-10, with one being not relevant at all, how relevant is it (how often does your religion affet what you do)?
10. My thoughts, actions, etc. are all a result of what is going on in the world with the Jews and what goes on in Israel. It is a terrible injustice that we have to go through all this bombing and attacks, that are generally go unnoticed, but and then Israel fights back, and it is the worst thing that could possibly happen. Although I am nowhere near religious, my life wouldn't be the same without it.

Again, if there's something you need me to explain, please ask. It's difficult to explain my views, and I don't think I did such a great job, but if there is something specific you'd like me to elaborate on, let me know, since it'd be easier than generally speaking about my views and ideas.

 

Actually, because of my interest in religion and anthropology (the broader field of which archaeology is a part), I understood pretty much all of that. Thanks for the input.

I go to church usually once a month, I go to my Christian Youth Group once a week.

I pray every day and read the bible about twice a week.

Yes, because it serves as a moral basis before I make a decision. WWJD and all that.

9/10. I try to keep religion in mind all the time, but there are "distracting" things.
