Is Normalization of Sex a Good Thing?

I was going to point this out but I am so glad someone else actually knows some Shakespearean other than myself.

My English teacher LITERALLY lied?
I mean, I shouldn't be surprised, his major was Physical Education, but WOW
I kinda feel like I've been living a lie ._.

 

He was most certainly not poor. I suggest picking up a copy of Romeo and Juliet and giving it a once - over for yourself if your English teacher honestly taught you that.

 

I'm not sure who I feel sorrier for. Your English teacher for not knowing the subject matter or you for not having the reading comprehension to catch that he was teaching you the wrong thing.

 

That's the thing, we DIDN'T read it. We ran out of time, so he gave us a crash course on it for the exam

This is why, when I post my opinion on stuff like this, I make sure to do so before reading other people's opinions. That way they won't have any effect on how I answer.

 

Life is cyclical. Generations will be prudes again, and then their kids will be free love and then their's prudes. Look at Roman Empire.

 

The question is, why does it even matter?

 

Because it does?
On a grand scale nothing matters, why would it matter what matters?

 

Because of how people react to sex. Because of how adolescents seek sex out without proper knowledge of STD's and contraception and birth control. Because of the idea that breasts and penises are somehow more harmful to show children than war and death and inhumane acts.
