Course it's possible. I beat him before I went to TWTNW at around level 39 in proud.

 

At level 42? Wow, you have to be like level 99 with all your special forms leveled up to the max at least (this is for proud mode by the way). XD Of course, basically, it's a matter of anticipating his moves and having enough potions, elixier, and curaga on hand, as well as being able to fly is very helpful in the battle against Sephiroth. It may take many tries but I know you can do it~! :)

 

Yep, it's quite possible, you just need to get used to his speed and his attacks, plus you need to be looking, the spit second you turn you head he kills you just like that. Also, having a level higher then somewhere in th 40's is very helpful.

 

If a guy can use action replay to fight two Sephiroths and win...

It's possible ^^ just sprinkle a little fairy dust on ya and think happy thoughts.

But really though, I beat him when I was loaded with potions and I had 12 cans of cream soda in front of me. (Twitch).

 

u need the ultima or grouth abillitys(i didnt have any when i beat him)

It's possible I beat him at LV 67

 

To kill Seph u gotta have lots of combo abilitys and learn how to use them.
