So she's 33 and you're 13? First off, that's illegal, and if she actually agreed to it I'm pretty sure your parents could bring her to court for rape, whether you wanted to do it or not. By the time you're eighteen, which is of course when you become a legal adult, she will be 38--nearly 40. I think it would be best if you stuck to people around your own age, because there's little chance of it even working out.

Actually, it's natural for a thirteen year old boy to be thinking about it, though actually being sexually active or seriously considering it at this age is probably not the best idea. It's ultimately your decision, but it could get you into trouble. Just be careful.
