Yes but what you may consider a sin may not be considered as such to me. So how can I be guilty of something that your point of view deems bad when mine does not acknowledge such a thing. We have certain moral conventions-- I'm sure that everyone can agree that killing an innocent 5 year old in cold blood is wrong-- but they exist in only as much as their effect on us in this world.

 

Everyone is guilty of something and I am guilty of many things indeed...

...Mu mom says I'm killing her with stress because I'm upset and depressed about things and my life is in hell and she decides to say that's killing her (My stress is killing me so it kills her and she makes a big deal about it killing her and not how I'm stressed and just assumes I'm doing it to upset her....o.O WTFH!!!) So that's probably the weirdest thing I'm guilty of.

 

Everyone is guilty of something. I've done things I feel guilty about later on, especially if it hurt someone.

 

I feel really guilty of something I did, it hurt somebody I care about. This thread reminds me of the song 'The Reason' from the band 'Hoobastank'. Hmm...I hate that I read this thread, it brings back bad memories.

 

Okay, um this isn't a confessional. This is supposed to be an intelligent discussion on the concept of guilt and the viewpoints surrounding it. Please give more insight than "one time I was guilty of....etc." because then it's just spam. it's also not proper etiquette to give an opinion without at least some moderate support. It doesn't work to say "I agree" or "Yeah we are all guilty" and then leave like you've engaged the collective thoughts of the thread some how.
