Iron Man v. Batman

I got into an argument at school about who would win. I say Iron Man hands down. My friend says Batman all the way. So what do you think? How bad was it to waste roughly two hours on this argument before breaking down and making fun of Superman?

Batman would EMP the playboy and leave him helpless. Ironman only wins as Tony Stark because he gets more women. Besides universe crossovers don't always mesh well.
