History: Mother Died in front of him when his father shot her, the father's now in jail and Solvin and his Sister moved to Miami with their Uncle.
Specialties: can throw any type of knives easily

OOC: Just wondering where this fake Nick Fury is? And if he's going to be a new character or not?

BIC: Kam was dreaming, darkness surrounding him and enveloping his body. The tendrils of black began to constrict him tighter and tighter, he began to choke in pain, slowly losing feeling in both his legs and arms until a large sharp snap of his neck drifted in the air, the last thing he heard.
Kam jumped from his sleep in a hot sweat.
"Jeez... Not that again."
He breathed heavily whilst whipeing the sweat from his forehead. Kam stood up from his seat and stretched his arms into the air, giving a big exhale at the end. He thought for a minute, he'd only slept for about an hour, but he'd had less before and still been awake for a week. What a bad week it was. He thought about the day before. What a bad day. I'm seeing a pattern here. He chuckled at he thought, again however his mind drifted to the days events against once again, and knew he had to see Cat, seeing how the kid was doing. He walked to her bedside, looking down at her.
"Hey kid, you never did make me my own suit."
He chuckled out loud, but knew it was misplaced.
"It doesn't matter anyway. You just get better, ok kid? I'll ask round my sources to find some info on what the real S.H.I.E.L.D has been doing about this infection and where my god damned DM Generator is."
Kam walked off.
"This is gonna be a he'll of a week with no sleep."

Well you're not too late. As for the Recap it's a long explanation so just try and read what's happened up to this point and if you still don't get it then just tell me and i'll try to clarify it for you.

The Fake Fury is on a cruise ship out near Miami. He'll be played by me and is gonna be very significant in my future plot twist. He could also be considered a new character.
Also, Cat will have the red words while the fake fury will just be in white. I'll try and make it clear when i'm playing who.
BIC: Cat heard Kam's comment about the suit and about her getting better just in the back of her mind. She had been drifting in and out of consciousness for a while now. She tried to wake up but just couldn't find the strength to do so. She tried to recall everything that had happened with the fake Fury. "...why...? .......Why does it all have to be like this? Everyone that i've ever cared about... even now with the rest of the army... I still feel like everyone's death is MY fault... damn it... I hate this." She suddenly felt a burst of adrenaline and started to open her eyes. She saw that Kam was just leaving and decided to get his attention. "...Well it's glad to see that you have your priorities straight Kam. The suit before your partner and all... heh heh..." She slowly sat up and looked at him. She still couldn't stop thinking about her conversation with the fake Fury. She thought to herself "What did you mean... 'letting Tony die'...?"
Meanwhile the fake Nick Fury was checking her vitals. He saw that she was fully conscious and started to grin. "...she's gotten stronger. Well... she'll HAVE TO if she wants to know the truth." He was watching a live feed of Stark Industries and started to speak into a microphone connected to it's speakers. "I see that you're finally up... Cat. I've got some things that I need to say... but I'm gonna make this easier for you..." He flipped a switch and in an instant when he spoke he sounded like Tony Stark. "...by sounding like him. You're gonna wanna pay attention and when i'm done... i'll let you choose what you're gonna do."

 

OOC: You could just separate them into paragraphs of red and white instead of a block of two coloured text.

OOC: okkk I read it all and I understand where the plot's going now just 1 more question. you didn't tell me if I was accepted or not yet o_o?

 

Grinned at Cat's reply and her awakening too.
"You know I'm gonna look good in that power suit."
In hat instant a voice came over the speakers instantely picking up on the voice as the fake Fury.
"Damn... Can't even leave the wounded to rest, now that's low man! And even using Starks voice, it's an old trick why don't you learn something new?" He was infuriated by this persons presence. This man had broken into his house and taken his equipment, he wouldn't leave that part alone.
"So what's you're game? Mass murder? Technological gain? Money? Drugs, rock and roll? Women or… Men?"
He grinned again. "Shall I go on or will you just tell me?"

 

"Well I would've just explained it without delay but after you just called me gay... oh ho ho ho. You shouldn't insult people who have the time, the money, and the means to blow all of you to bits right now... with your own Dark Matter generator. Well... i'll just pretend that your rude little remarks never happened and continue with what I was going to say. If the girl can come back and face me well then... i'll not only give you back your little toy but i'll show you who... or should I say WHAT I really am." Cat was speechless. She didn't know why the fake would even want her to go to him again. "...why me? Why not anyone else? And what do you mean WHAT you really are? I don't-"
"All in good time kid. For now you've gotta toughen up... a lot. It won't be easy facin' your past. Especially when you have it all wrong."
"...I think i've figured you out. You're trying to psych me out by saying whatever you think will confuse me. It's not gonna work. Just do all of us a favor and give up. You can't win... especially not if I fly back over there and kick... your..."
"You honestly think that i'd make it THAT easy? HAH! You honestly know NOTHING about who you're dealing with kid, er... Cat. 'Cuz you see... i'm Tony Stark."
"Again you're just trying to psych me out by confusing me. Tony Stark is dead! He has been for a while now! And might I add that you... are HORRIBLE at lying."
"Oh yeah? Well if Tony is or rather... I am dead than how do you think that there was a hatch in your friend's panic room when it clearly wasn't in the plans? If I... was dead... then how would I know that your family died in a homicide caused by that virus that you're trying so hard to get rid of? And... how would I know that to build the core for an Iron Man suit you need AT LEAST 1.1 grams of Palladium or it'll never work? Face it... you can't lie to yourself anymore Cat. I... am Tony."
"....." Cat couldn't believe what she was hearing. Her hands balled up into fists while she just stood there.
"So... you coming or what? Face me... kill me... or just stay there like the crybaby that I know and don't take ANY action. Don't try to stop me. Don't even think about saving me."
"....." In an instant Cat ran from the room. She ran through the halls of Stark Industries until she reached her suit. She put it on and flew out to face the man who claimed to be Tony Stark. She didn't think about what she was leaving behind or what she was getting into. All she could do was fly toward the man who was causing her so much pain.
"Well... it seems that you've made your choice... See you in a few... Cat."

 

"Cat wait!!" But it was already too late. She'd flown off into the distance, he didn't have the means to get to her, the suit he used before was not opening properly, with only the arms opening onto his body. "Jarvis, you two-bit printer!! Fix the damn suit mechanics, and give me a visual of Cat's suit to the monitors in this room!! Now!!"
He took out his PDA and typed in a number, it began to ring, Kam waiting in anticipation for the answer. Tapping his foot, shifting his position, he didn't have th epatience roght now. The phone was answered.
"Did you get the documents I sent you?....... Good..... yes madam, I have news, the DM Generator I had was stolen by a man calling himself both Nick Fury AND Tony Stark, I believe his claim on the later, but madam, this means many grave things for our orginisation...... I understand, I will follow your order....Goodbye as well..... I-I love you too..."
He finished the conversation quickly, with so many thoughts running through his head he didn't know what was truly going on around him, but Kam was determined to find Cat and bring her back.
"God damnit Jarvis... Make that suit work already!"

 

While the false Fury waited for Cat to arrive he changed into clothes that seemed a bit more suitable for his story of being Tony Stark and stepped out onto the deck. Sure enough she was just flying past right at that moment. "...Looks like this is the beginning of the end." Cat saw 'Tony Stark' out on the deck and landed a few feet in front of him. She saw that he had changed into something that Tony would wear but he hadn't taken off the eyepatch nor did he have on the core that Tony needed to survive. "... if you're gonna masquerade as him then why don't you take off the eyepatch and put on a palladium core? I still don't buy your story but the fact that you knew so much about both of us made me a bit curious. I just wanna know... why? Why you're pretending to be him and how you know so much about everything?"
"You could just think about it logically... though that probably wouldn't clear up your questions or your doubts. Let me put it this way. I don't wear the core because I don't have to anymore but in exchange for it I HAVE to wear the eyepatch. Make any sense?" He still sounded like Tony and that made Cat a bit nervous. She didn't see any kind of voice changing device on him so maybe he was wearing it before. Maybe he really DID sound like Tony... but that was all they had in common to her. "...show me WHY you need to wear the eyepatch. Also, if you had to wear the core before then you'll have a circular mark on your chest. Show that to me as well and i'll consider listening to anything else you have to say."
"I should've known that you'd ask for proof. You never did have much faith... at least without evidence. Fine, but you'll regret asking about the eyepatch." He lifted his shirt and sure enough there was a circular mark where the core had been on Tony's chest. "Good enough for ya or you still want more evidence?" Cat simply lifter her hand and pointed at the eyepatch. "Fine. Just don't say that I didn't warn ya Cat." he put his shirt down and lifted up his eyepatch. Underneath it his eye was totally bloodshot. Veins popping out from all over and there was what seemed like goo almost oozing out of it. "... let me guess, 'Tony' you created the virus to try and replace the core. You hated wearing it anymore so you risked countless lives to create something that you could simply inject yourself with and it would keep you alive. Very clever, but did you even think about how many lives you ruined?"
"...when I found you... I realized that. Look i'm sorry... but I just wanted to get rid of that stupid thing. I didn't think about anyone but myself. When Rhody and Pepper got infected... I... it KILLED me inside. All I could do was..."
"....." Cat ran up to him and punched him in the chest where the mark was.
"AAAH!!! What was that for!? Didn't you cry over my death before!?"
"That one is for everything. Now we're even Tony." She took off her suit and touched his head. After she was done she pulled on a certain spot. It had been a mask that he made and underneath it was really Tony Stark. "... do you KNOW... how much you scared me Tony?" "Ha ha ha ha ha." "Ha ha ha..."

 

"Tony Stark?" Kam was taken aback. "Alive and kicking?"
Watching on the monitor he was unaware if it was merely a trick or truth. Why would Tony be alive? Why hide? And what truely is the goo?
"Cat, come in" He called her using his PDA deviced, linked to the main server.
"Return to base immediately, the monitor is showing three missles aimed and your location and closing in fast, ETA 2 mins. Get out of there now!"

 

"WHAT!? We're on our way Kam. Over and out."
"Who would shoot missles at us? Are they insane?"
"Well i'll tell you what i've learned while you've been gone man. When you have to ask yourself that question... it's better not to stick around and find out." Cat pulled out what looked like a palladium core. "Here, put this on your chest. It's a portable suit. Been working on it for a while. Thought it'd suit you a bit more.""Well well... I see you haven't wasted any time at all." Tony put it on and in an instant it folded out to his full suit. Original red and gold with all the features that it had before. "Well this brings me back. C'mon we'd better go now." They both flew back to Stark Industries. When they arrived Kam had a shocked look on his face when he saw that Tony was "alive and kicking."
"What's the matter kid? Too scared that i'm a ghost or something?"

 

Scythe worked more on his device to create a purified antibody for the virus that could be released into the atmosphere rendering the virus harmless to humans. a warning light came on "damn failed again, what am I missing?"

 

Tony heard the explosion and jumped. "HOLY S--T! WHAT WAS THAT!?"
"Probably just Scythe. He likes to experiment a lot. What's the problem now Scythe?" Cat yelled to Scythe wondering what had happened now.

 

"ow...." Scythe stood up after a second "just working on a new project....." Scythe looked at the burn mark where the experiment was once located he said to himself "ok so in large quantities the gaseous form of the virus mixed with the vaccine equals a bit of a boom. so global saturation of current form is impossible. back to work" Scythe started to work more and he started altering dna strands.

 

OCC: Well I guess I'll start right about now
BIC: Solvin looked at the TV of the neighbors when they wouldn't shut up about him,
"Breaking News! A Series of Killings throughout Miami! apparently a knife was used to kill each victim..." Solvin turned the Tv off and got into his car.

 

"You arrogant playboy..." Kam balled his hand into a fist, clenching tight. "Youve been hiding from the world without telling anyone anything about what was really going on. You let countless people die without so much as a warning of what was coming."
He threw a punch at Tony. "Damn you!"

 

Tony backed away after the punch had connected and just smiled. His nose was bleeding and he simply held it so the blood wouldn't drip. "... 'You arrogant playboy'? HAH! True I hid from the world but only because I needed some time alone where no one could find or disturb me. You honestly don't know what I was trying to do kid. I've been trying to the same thing as you. I've failed every time only because I hadn't had access to this place or any major resources." He looked up at Kam for a split second and made sure that only his bad eye was open. "I know what i've done... to myself and everyone else. That's why I finally revealed myself after all this time. SO DON'T COME TALKING TO ME ABOUT HAVING A WARNING! YOU THINK I EXPECTED THIS TO HAPPEN!? YOU THINK I WANTED THE PEOPLE CLOSEST TO ME TO DIE!? YOU THINK I DIDN'T DO A THING ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON!? This eye... it's a grim reminder to me of what I caused. As long as this virus still exists i'm gonna keep fighting... but I can't fight if a stuck up kid is gonna throw punches at me out of nowhere. I swear if you EVER do anything to me again i'll-"
"TONY! Stop! I get where Kam is coming from but you can't just threaten him like that." Cat looked at Tony and then at Kam. "Look you two... we're not gonna make any progress whatsoever unless you two bury the hatchet right now. We've still got plenty of things to do and Kam, you know as well as I do that we could use all the help we can get... especially from Tony Stark."

 

Solvin looked at the surrounding police cars around his own car, "stop the car there is no escape!", As if Solvin thought and threw knifes he had in the backseat into each police car killing the drivers. Solvin drove away as the police cars crashed and burned.

 

Kam turned away after hearing Cat's arguement. It was... Pertinant. But just because it's logical doesn't mean he has to enjoy it.
"Yeah, just great Cat... build me a suit and call me when we're gonna save the world from this jackass and his actions. I'm taking a break to think."
Kam walked away, knowing it was all he could do from hitting Tony Stark again. Save my life, only after putting me in danger. He just better save the world, or he'll I kill him first off. Kam punched the wall outside his room, letting out a growl from his mouth.

 

"Kam wait! ...nngh."
Tony looked at Kam as he walked off. "Geez, the kid's too impatient. He needs to learn some discipline."
"Cut it out Tony! This is serious!"
"Alright, alright! Gosh... you're on edge right now... aren't ya?"
"...I'm going to see Kam... make sure he's alright. Just... don't cause any trouble while i'm gone... alright?"
"Alright, after all this is MY place. Why would I cause any trouble?"Cat walked away and Tony walked into his armory. He saw how many suits there were and he just stared in awe at the sheer number of them. "Man... the kid must've worked herself near death to make all of these."
Meanwhile in Kam's room Cat was trying to get in when she heard him punch the wall.
