That seems like it'd be too much trouble.
Might as well just block the people or make yourself invisible to everyone.

I don't even think this is possible, let alone needed.

Seems too much of a hassle. What would be the point of wanting to speak with them again if you don't want them to even see you?

If it bothers you that some people can see you then set yourself to invisible all the time and tell the people that you want to know when you are online that you're invisible and just message them when you're online.

    The 'invisibility' function

Sorry if this has been posted already, but....

Is there a way we can (idk the right term for this) make it a bit more 'advance/filtered'? Like, say we can either be invisible to everyone, or say, certain people on our friends list? I've got a few friends who are invisible, and only on this site, so when I need to talk to them, this kind of makes it difficult.

EDIT: Let me alter that slightly; is there any way we could add that in?

    You can block people...?

I guess if you blocked people except the ones you wanted to talk to you would kind of be visible to the people you want to speak to most.

No...when you use the invisibility function, you appear as though you're offline, but at the same time, if you click on the profile of said 'invisible-ee', it won't show the last time they logged on, so you have no idea if they are online or offline. My request is whether or not we can possible 'improve' that, say if we choose to remain invisible to everyone but some people of our choosing, ie. people on our friends list, or something to that degree...assuming what I said makes any sense.

I understand where you're coming from, and I guess it could be an option. How would The Staff alter the logging-in thingy though? Like what you said in your second post, how if the member is on invisible it won't show their last loggin or what they're current activity is. But that would be the member's option. I guess what Staff could do is maybe add something like:

    Use invisible mode? y/n

Then after that, Appear Invisible To
    - everyone
    - just blocked members
    - just friends.

Or: Do you still want to appear online to friends?

I don't know, something like that? I was just brainstorming ideas.

Or perhaps some kind of check box which you can pick specific friends who you want to be showed online to.

It is not that easy guys and unfortunately this option cannot be changed. Going to close this since the answer is no.
