Inuyasha and the Scared Journey

Toji and Kagome looked at the newcomer in surprise as Yura groaned and sent her hair to attack him. Grabbing the hair of her other hand, Toji pulled her back and managed to pull his sword, slashing at her. Kagome looked at him and said, "Thank you."

 

Seimei stood up as the paper burned and dispersed, sighing and looking to the newcomer with a grin."..Seems we have new people coming every moment.."

 

"My my, another attack? You don't when to quit Mrs. Long Hair." He said, giving Yura a nickname in the process and moved his arm again, repeating the process as he stepped forward in front of Kagome. "Long Hair seems really protective of what you just did now, perhaps there is something there she doesn't want us to see?" He said quietly to Kagome as he was lowered his arm as a visble wind shield of a square shape formed in front of him.

"You're being really bothersome Long Hair and if there's one thing I don't like, it's people trying to grab my attention." He said and closed his eyes and whispered to himself. "I, the Contractor ask you to give your winds to me." He muttered and opened his eyes, their color nto beign azure blue seemingly crystal-like as he raised his hand, blue particles gathering in his hand at a immense rate.

"A present." He said and pushed hsi hand out as a small cyclone tore through the hair that was attackign the barrier and removed half of Yura's body in the process.

 

Even with the attack, Yura smiled, "My, all this for one small shard." Toji was shocked that she was still moving, Toji had a weird feeling as he shouted, "Kagome, head for the skull with the all the hairs coming out of it!!!!!" She nodded and headed for the skull.

 

Seimei's eyes spotted the skull and he grinned, eyeing Yura again and pulled out a steel fan. He ran towards the hairs and started cutting through them."SPlit hairs, making your day bad..?"He mused, gently.

Inuyasha thrown another Blades of Blood at Yura and the man placed his ahnds in his pockets, firing off crescent wblades without any motion at all, he gave a sigh. "This is all long hair can do? I was expectign more, especially from that get-up you are wearing, guess first impressions can be deceiving." He said to himself aloud, letting Yura hear him.

 

Yura groaned and saw Kagome with a arrow in the skull. She tried to attack as Kagome pireced the comb and Yura faded away, Toji caught his breath and grabbed the shard, "How long will it take to gather them all?" He sighed and put the shard in his pocket.

 

Seimei stood up, seeing Toji grab a shard from Yura's remains and he turned."The Shikon Jewel..? How interesting..yet the power it holds is either corrupted or holy."

 

Tje man closed his eyes and took a heavy breath before reoping hsi eyes to be brown once more and turned around and began to take a few steps until inuyasha called him.

"Oi, who are you anyway, What are those clothes!" He asked rudely and the man turned his head to stare at the dog eared demon. "Just a human as normal as the cute girl and these clothes? You could say I'm a person from a different town." He answered.

"I meant your name!" Inuyasha said and the man looked at him. "That's rude of soemoen who saved a person's life wouldn't you agree?" he asked in return

 

Kagome and Toji sighed as Toji spoke, "Thank you for saving Kagome. What is your name, if you don't mind my question?"

 

"Hmmm..?"Seimei looked to the group and smiled, turning to the boy who had spoken rudely to Inuyasha. Lightly, he chuckled, puttingh is arms in his sleeves."You may call me Seimei."He introduced himself to the group, nodding to Toji."What is your name?"

 

"Well seeing a sthere are some people who are actually being polite, I'll answer, it's Shinku Izumi." He said in polite tone of voice and Inuyasha's eyes narrowed. "You smell like a human but I never seen any human do what you just did, are you a half-breed?" He asked and Shinku laughed lightly.

"You mean this?" He asked, raising his hand with his palm open as a small wind gathered within it. "I just simply control the wind spirits that reside in the air itself, also I'm a Contractor to the one who governs all of the wind in the world." He said.

"A Contractor? The hell are you talking about? Wind Spirits?" Inuyasha asked rudely and SHinku chuckled lightly. "A Contractor is one who bears a contract with the King of that spirit as they are granted to do whatever they want with the power, for instance, I could create a cyclone or a twister with just the Contract's power, of course, the most destructive attacks are usually for emergency use only."

 

Toji and Kagome listened, trying to understand it. "Well, I'm Toji Ishida and this is Kagome Higurashi. Nice to meet you. Grumpy over is called Inuyasha." "It's a pleasure." Kagome said.

 

Inuyasha crossed his arms and gave off a feh sound. "What about the Jewel Shard?" he aske,d changing the subject and Shinku could tell he was confusing the two who listened and thought for s moment, putting a hand to his chin. "That's what I get for listeneing to Wind Spirit King's explaining and understanding it clearer, no wonder I had such good grades back home." He said and sat down in midair, surprising Toji and Kagome and maybe Seimei

"Okay, I'll try and dumb it down for you two otherwise you'll get lost along the way." Shinku said and noticed Kagome's clothing. "Oh, you are in still in school? I would be too if it I didn't stumble here by pure accident, wait, did you come here the same way I did?" He suddenly asked and held up a hand.

"Note to self, answer their questions first then ask my own, you three, quite possibly four if you count dogboy as well are thinking to yourself what does he mean, I'll try and make easy enough to understand." He said took a breather.

"A Contractor is someone who controls a certain element, Fire, Water, Earth, you name it. We form a contract with the respective Spirit King, a creature that controls a part of nature and bestows the people who forge this contract everything that it presides over, I control the wind obivously, therefore the air around us or even this whole world has, I can control it to my whim." Shinku explained a bit of wind blown under Kagome's skirt, revealing her panties briefly.

"That was just a example, a Contractor is able to use all of the paticular element provided they invoke the contract, say for example, Toji controlled fire, if he releases all the Contractor's power, he can create a huge fireball enough to wipe out a entire forest or change the atoms in the air to burn a person alive, but even if you do not choose to ask to control everythign of that paticular element, you can gather the Spirits around you and attack normally or form a shield, the air around us is practically full of them."

"So what you are saying is, you are the master of wind? how idiotic!" Inuyasha said in gruff tone. "If you want to put it in pet terms, then yes, I'm the handler and they are the creatures I control, of course I'm just a normal human, the same as Kagome and Toji with just special benefits."

 

Seimei looked over at Inuyasha, then glanced to Toji and nodded."Yes, I know of Inuyasha, and of Kagome Higurashi, it is an honor, however, to meet you Toji and Shinku."He said, smirking, and looking at Shinku, his smile fading as he listened."Hmm...this sounds interesting..it's similar but different to what I can do."

 

"Uh, we fell into a well and suddenly found ourselves here." Toji said, looking away when Kagome's panties were briefly shown. Kagome looked away as well and said, "If you can believe it, we're the reincarnations of priestess Kikyo and samurai warrior Toshia."

 

Shinku stared at Kagome. "i'll believe anything after coming to this era, but nto through a well, more like the floor of a old storage house, haven't been able to find a way back yet so I help the people by exorcising the resident demons here and there." He explained and Inuyasha begun to walk back, despite the trail fo blood he was leaving behind

"Don't worry about him, he's a half-demon, they have faster healing abilites than humans." he said and placed hands in his pockets as he stood up. "I'll stick around with you guys though, this Jewel Shard quest soudns interesting...oh and Kagome?" He turned and gave a small smile. "Innocent white? I thought they'd be very daring." he said, chuckling lightly and walked in the direction Inuyasha went.

 

Seimei raised a brow at Shinku's words but then nodded to Toji."Magic exists all around us, you just have to be in the right place...at the right time."He said and put a finger over his lips, sliding it to the side and walked behind Inuyasha, eyeing the trail of blood silently and then looked at Inuyasha's back."I know you can heal, Inuyasha, but maybe you shouldn't pull the wounds by moving around too much."He said, his smile staying.

 

Toji sighed as he and Kagome gave Keade Inuyasha's robe and headed back to their own time to change clothes and bring a first aid in case they were in another battle. This time, Kagome brought her bike and Toji put on his roller blades. Riding to the village, Kagome thought she had hit something with her bike and just rode on.

 

Inuyasha sat up in a tree, obivously relaxing to himself as Shinku just clapped hsi hands together in a prayer at the shrine before he turned aroudn and walked down the long steps, leaping off the last few as his trainers landed on the dirty ground, he had to admit, the village was small but decent to live in.

"If there was no demons running about everyday, it'll live on quite nicely." he thought to himself, he was told of the Bone Eater's Well that Kagome and her friend used and investigated it himself but he didn't shift between era's, maybe it had certain restrictions as from whta teh wind's trails left behind, Inuyasha could travel to her time.
