Inuyasha and the Scared Journey

Kagome looked at Inuyasha in surprise, she simply said, "Thank you.........." Toji smiled and said, "Well, shall we get going?"

 

"Just don't fall behind okay!" Inuyasha said and jumped alognside Kagome into the weel, the famialr flash of blue light from the well occuring as Inuyasha felt like he was falling and lande dthe dirt ground, barefooted and clambered up and peeked his eyes over the edge of the Bone Eater's well, Kagome hung onto his back.

"Well? See anything?" he asked.

 

Toji jumped in after them and climbed with Inuyasha. Everything looked clear, Kagome said, "Hey, Toji, why would she send her hairs to our times if she already has a silver of the jewel?" "I don't know, Kagome." Toji said as he climbed out, and grabbed his sword. He grabbed the sheath and put the sword inside, tying to his hip.

 

"Does it matter anyway? Follow the thread and we get a shard of the jewel... what, don't tell me she took the shard you had?!" He said and saw a look that basically said yes. "Oh come on! Do something right at least stupid!"

 

Seimei climbed up after the others and hopped to the ground, glancing back, then over at Inuyasha and took out his fan, putting it to his lips and chuckled."So, what will you do Inuyasha? find out what or who is behind this, or sit there and stare all day?"He asked him.

 

Wonder what I'm supposed to do now. Ren thought to himself. Taking a look to see where he was, he figure that he was in a forest. Well, I'm not going to get anywhere just standing here. He thought as he begsn to wander through the forest.

 

Toji sighed, "Well, then, lets try to find Yura's stronghold." "Toji, I can see some shining strands, maybe that can lead us to her stronghold." Kagome said, walking intro the forest and found a campfire with beheaded samurai. Though Kagome was scared, she knelt down and grabbed a bow with a quiver of arrow, she knew she was going to need it.

 

Inuyasha followed them and spoke, seeing Kagome seem frightened. "Let's just get moving, I'm itching for a fight," He said and bent down. "And just get on, but this time, how about actually aiming for your target!" He said to her

 

Toji smiled as Kagome nodded and got on his back, keeping his robe over her head. Following Inuyasha, Toji looked around with his hand on his sword while Kagome tried to follow the shining strands to the source. Toji stopped when they reached a large ball of hair, Toji said, "This looks like the place."

 

Seimei followed and paused when he saw the large sphere of hair, his eyes narrowing."Hrumph..Yura, you must be persistent to try this hard."He said and walked towards the sphere.

 

Inuyasha couldn't see anything. "You sure this is the place?" he asked her.

 

Suddenly, many strands grabbed Seimei, Inuyasha, and Toji. Yura appeared and smiled, "What lovely flies I caught in my net. You must be Inuyasha." She eyed Inuyasha, Toji shouted, "You know him?!" "He has gained quite the reputation among us oni." Yura said, than explained, "We have heard of a half-breed named Inuyasha who has a pet to a reincarnated shamaness and warrior in order to collect the shards of the Sacred Jewel."

 

Seimei saw himself being wrapped up in the air, looking at Yura with disgust."Of course YOU would know Inuyasha, filthy lower demon."He said with contempt, but he was only trying to provoke her.

 

"Say that to my face you hag! I'm no-one's pet!" Inuyasha said angrily. "Or better yet, how about you see why I'm so 'famous' among your kind, I'll do my best not to disappoint you." Inuyasha said with a smirk.

 

"Either way, you and your companions are in my way." Yura said, and slashed her sword at them. Kagome took a arrow out and shot at the strands, trying to free them. The moment the arrows hit, they burned the strands. Kagome accidently took aim at Inuyasha and shot.

 

Seimei broke free and the moment Yura slashed, he spread his arms and jumped, using the back of Yura's neck for his momentum so it seemed like he was gliding. He landed to the ground and turned to Yura, smiling and standing up."That all you got..?"

 

Inuyasha moved iinstinctively and turned his head at Kagome. "Idiot! Where are you aiming at!" He said in irrtation as he was slashed and gave a grunt at the cut. "Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm tough...now..." Inuyasha dug his hand into the wound and pulled out bloodied claws. "Blades of Blood!"

 

The Blades of Blood cut off Yura's hand and the hairs loosened, the arrow opened the bottom of the ball and all of the heads she had fell out. Yura groaned and manipulated the hairs to attack Seimei and Inuyasha, then used her comb to send fire toward Kagome. She screamed as Toji shouted, "Kagome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The flames surrounded her and it seemed she was done for.

 

Seimei saw the hairs coming at him and he stepped, tripping from the attack and winced."kami..fuyuka."He murmured as a swarm of paper butterflies flew out of his robe and swarmed over Yura in an attempt to distract her.

 

Inuyasha gasped at the fire covering Kagome until he gave a small unhidden smirk, that robe he handed over to her wasn'y any old robe off the streets, it was the Robe of the Fire Rat which protects against such burning attacks until a breeze was extgunishing the fire and Inuyasha foudn this strange, there wasn'y any wind to begin with until he sniffed the air, it was a scent of a nearby human and he followed teh trail, seeing a man wear what seemed to be clothing that no-one would wear at all, with hands in the pockets

"I get lost in the forest and find these strange hairs leading me here." He said and noticed the hairs come straight for him and he pulled out out a hand and swung it in a arc as the hair fell to pieces, a visble wind blade of a crescent shape formed and in his hand, wind twisted and swirled. "Did I interupt anything? he asked mockingly.
