358/2 Days into a dusk?

In this game Xion says the organisation "will turn her into a dusk" but why? what would be the point in turning a high level Nobody into the lowest level and also how would they?

 

It's a threat.
Axel said the same thing in KH2.
"Aw man, they'll turn me into a Dusk for this."
Or something against the lines.
I don't think they actually can, I always just considered it a Nobody threat.

 

They can. They were on the verge of doing it to Axel in one of the Final Mix scenes when he refused to kill Roxas.

 

Xemnas does have the power over nothingness. He might be able to change the shape of the nobodies. But that's one thing that's I've always wondered. Why do the nobodies look exactly alike? Now we know that when someone has a strong enough heart they are able to keep their human form. But what force shapes those that don't have strong enough hearts and how are they branded the nobody symbol. If anything, nobodies likely have another form that we have yet to see. One that is then changed by the organization to become a minion. The organization must have the means to transform a nobody into a form that they wish.

Xemnas seems to be charging some sort of attack at him. Until he agrees to the mission 100%. Xemnas could very well be the one who can turn members into Dusks. Axel stares down death as Xaldin attacked him, but whatever Xemnas was going to do scared him.

 

I would say that the point of it would be to reduce them into a form with no real mind of it's own and easily controlled.

 

It's either just a threat, or if they really have no use for her anymore the way she is, then they could just turn her into a dusk. Xion looked rebellious from the beginning, so maybe they decided that if she wasn't going to cooperate, then they wouldn't let her grow anymore powerful.

 

O.k to summerise some people think it's an idel threat and others think if they can xemnas would be the one with the ability to do so, is that right? If so this thread can be locked thanks:)

 

Xemnas being the only one able to do it makes a lot of sense when you remember Xion and Riku stopping Roxas from attacking Xemnas. What's the point of Roxas chopping his way up to Xemnas if Xemnas just snaps his fingers and transforms Roxas into a Dusk?

 

I agree with what has already been said, it seems to be a threat that they hand out alot. Xemnas has power over nothingness so I guess it's possible for him

 

0____0 That's really scary. Although I wonder why Xemnas didn't just do that to Xion and order another replica of her to be made the second she showed signs of rebellion of failure?

Besides, I don't see Xemnas turning Roxas, the precious nobody of Sora, into a dusk. If he did, then there would be no point in making Roxas plant that device, powering up Xion, and having them fight.

 

I don't think they ever intended to turn her into a Dusk since she's not a Nobody but Saix probably dropped it as a threat at some point to keep her in line. The signs of rebellion didn't show up until after Vexen was slain.

Axel said that Dusks don't have memories from before. Perhaps Xemnas could turn him back with a clean empty mind. If that didn't work we know that he still had plan Sora.
