Cause the staff actually like him stalking them. He makes them feel important, loved. No one loves staff as much as Amaury does. They're like puppies to him. So nothing we say can change his mind, and staff will continue to secretly love it.

...but one day, Amaury will get bored of his puppies. He'll find cuter, younger ones. He won't need the staff at khv anymore...and we all know what that means.
