Insomnia

I have insomnia quite bad at times, I'm now in my 7th day of very little sleep for this run of it. I just wondered does anyone else have it? What do you do when you can't sleep because of it?



In the past 7 days I have had about 6 hours sleep ^^ I think maybe less. Whats the longest you have gone with very very little sleep?​

I have horrible insomnia. I usually spend all my time on the computer because, well, I have no life, and there isn't anything else to do. <_>

 

I've gone about two weeks without any sleep, I was a mess.XD I would never do that again, you should go to sleep though.

 

The time I had it was when I was with my cousin. There was tennis the next day and I had to go! I only slept for 2 hours. I don't know why I couldn't sleep. I tried everything! But I don't remember how I finally got to sleep.

 

2 days... xD I only slept for about 3 hrs or less over 2 days.

 

LOL that is where my time goes too ^^

Oh I know I should get sleep ^^ I just can't xD

I am now at that stage where you are that tired you see things move out of the corner of your eye

when i cant sleep i play a game like sudoku which involves too much thinking to actually stay awake

 

sometimes, i just can't go to sleep. either i'm excited or i drank too much coke. (coca cola)

 

Just lay on your bed close your eyes.

I don't know what the longest amount of time is I've gone with little sleep, maybe a week or a few days, but yeah, there are rare occasions where I wake up in the middle of the night and it can take me up to two hours or something to get back to sleep...

 

its weird that uv mentioned this coz i had it just last night :sleepy: . What i do is either listen 2 my ipod until i go to sleep or just start dreaming and making things up! lolz! it can get prety funny sometimes! hope the helps!

I have it. Horribly.

Longest I went was three days of no sleep. All video game and computer action, and occasional going out to eat-action.

Then I slept for about 24 hours after that. I had literally deprived myself of sleep to a point when I actually passed out on my bed playing Ratchet and Clank: UYA. I woke up the next day about the same time as I fell asleep the previous day.

Man that was embarrassing. My game was still playing too. Flashing "Game Over" thing too.

Firstly I love Ratchet and Clank ^^

secondly I hate it when my internet enters my posts before they finish =__=

LOL I still havn't slept in fact this morning at about 4:30am I made a cake ^^

I have done that before ^^ where it has got so bad I ended up passing out. But that time I had gone 11 days with only 5 hours sleep so I am alright for a few more days :sweatdrop:

I still say my insomnia isn't as bad as yours, CtR.

I mean. 11 days, 5 hours of sleep? Oh man.

I'm tired now just thinking about it. lol
