Insert Timey-Wimey Neutron Flow of Coolness Here {Doctor Who RP}

"Oh?" The girl called out to him, "Well that's good because whatever it's on it looks like it's going to be stuck like that for a while. I might be able to fix it but it may take me a while and I might need some more parts. It's completely gone. Sorry." She apologised in quite a innocent little girl tone that butter wouldn't melt in her mouth. She appeared back from under the control panel and resumed fiddling with seveal switches and stuff, all the while connecting in her head with it to get various responces. "Right, well other than the problem with the appearence circuits everything else is nearly ready. This baby, is almost ready to go." She grinned and she couldn't help a bit of pride coming through in her voice. However she'd just fixed an actual real life time machine, there weren't many people who could do that and she was entitled to be at least a little bit proud of her work. "Okay, let's switch her on. Five..." She stated her countdown, "Four...Three...Two...One... And we have lift off!" She shouted as everything suddenly lit up as the TARDIS came to life. "So Blondie, what's the plan?"

Luke watched the commotion rather quietly, he wasn't sure at all where he fit into all this maddness but as it appeared they were almost about to go he figured he should really speak up, "I'll go where ever I'm needed" He said with a smile on his face, as much as he'd love to be out in the centre of the action, he was also quite good with computers so he may be useful back here too. "Just as long as I can be of help and aren't left out, I'm happy." He grinned though looked around as something started beeping. "What's the beeping?"

 

Jack heard Eleven ask for more headsets.

"Doctor, I left the whole box in there for you. Now, whoever's gonna stay behind and help me out should be exiting the police box right about now."

He smiled and began attempting to acquire a live feed of Vegas.

Ten smiled at Nine and laughed just a bit at his clever joke.

"Ah, I always knew I was lively when I was you. Honestly, I don't have the faintest idea why you've been so quiet lately."

He took an earpiece out of the box and tossed it to his former self. Though he seemed happy, he had been pondering an important point in this whole affair.

If all of his previous incarnations were here, then why couldn't he recall having been through this nine different times?

Cat smiled when Carrie had stolen Eleven's fez but quickly proceeded to take it back from her.

"Now now, I know it's fun to annoy the Time Lord but it's gotten a bit old, don't you think? Honestly, we can't just be goofing off this whole time."

She tossed it back to Eleven and smiled at Carrie.

"No, I think we should save harassing him for later."

She couldn't help but crack up at the thought of the Doctor throwing a tantrum and quickly tried to regain her composure. After all, they had no idea what they'd be up against yet.

He heard a faint beeping and pulled up another screen.

"Uh, guys. I'm getting some faint energy fluxuations, and it looks like they're from another TARDIS."

He quickly tracked the point of origin and couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"Oh god. This isn't good...

"What? Where is it?"

"It's coming from Parliament."

 

Both John and Kathy ran over simultaneously. "If we had another TARDIS then maybe we could get over there- do you think its another one of these guys TARDISes?" Kathy gestured to the other Doctors. "Well, it has to be I suppose."

John flipped out his brainy specs and inspected the screen. "What would it be doing in Parliament... and Vegas as well, that makes little sense. Would they just spread themselves out over the world?"

"How about some others head over there? How far is it? Or should we just make a detour to Vegas and drop some off to investigate?" Kathy watched the bleeping red dot on the screen and couldn't wait to get started.

 

"Me neither really." Nine said, continuing to grin. "I mean, for a while there it was difficult to figure out why there's eleven of us here all at once, but I'm begining to think that there's no real catastrophe to fix. It's probably just the same thing as when I -- well, he," he corrected, pointing over at Five, who seemed to have not do so much as breath since appearing, "- met you in our Tardis."
He then began to think. If he remembered that, then why didn't he remember having been through this event eight times already?
But then he stopped caring because Nine has a one-track mind.

"Haha!" he yelled, walking up to the girl and kissing her forehead in praise of her work. "I can't believe you just fixed a Tardis that's been through the walls of a Time Lock!"
Wandering around the cockpit of the machine, he decided that he'd had enough of the terribly bland inside of the time machine, and it had to be changed.
"Now when you say the appearance circuits, you only mean the chameleon circuit, right? That means we can still change the inside!"
He instantly began pressing several buttons all together, faster than would normally be humanly possible. He was enjoying this.
And at last, he was finished. Looking up, he examined the now-changed control room... which looked like the inside of a disco, complete with flashing lights and a disco ball.
"TARDIS rave!" he yelled, slamming forward on the controls and sending them off... somewhere.
"Hope you don't mind coming with, Tech." he said, nicknaming the girl nonsensibly. He wasn't even sure if it'd stick but then, being the Master, he wasn't sure of a lot of things like that.

 

Jack tried as hard as he could to figure things out, but he wasn't used to a situation this hectic.

"Well, I don't know. The signals that this TARDIS is giving off are different from the Doctor's. Hold on, I think I've got something."

The beeping grew a bit louder, and Jack looked on at the monitor.

"Well well, it looks like this TARDIS has just been activated. The signal seems strong enough... give me a second to try and get a visual. Meanwhile, I think someone could bring these two along to investigate it."

"Oh, how sweet of you to offer Jack."

She was as sarcastic with him as she'd ever been in her life. She knew that they could be back in time to head off to Vegas, but there was no telling who was with that TARDIS. She walked over and smiled at John and Kathy. She smiled, trying to act like Ten, which she had never been good at.

"Allons-y?"

She held out her hands to them, watching the screen and studying the exact coordinates.

 

"You mean me?" John said, quizzically pointing at himself. "Sure, why not."

"Just investigate the other TARDIS? Just us two? And cat..." She looked over at Cat, "That could be fun."

 

"Well, who else would I be talking to?"

She chuckled at John and looked over at Kathy.

"Oh yes..."

...

She opened her eyes and saw something that she had not been expecting. It looked like some old discotech that you'd see in the movies. She looked over and saw someone that scared her to death.

"Oh god no."

She knew John would understand how dangerous it was for them to be there, but Kathy had never met the Master. She subtly whispered to her.

"Kathy, don't do anything suddenly... I just hope you've heard of the Master from your good ol' dad."

She saw a girl in a dress standing beside him and wondered how she wasn't already dead. Admittedly, it was hard to think with all the flashing lights and the disco ball, but the sense of utter terror was good for keeping priorities straight.

 

John froze. He looked over at the girls hoping they would understand, he had told Kathy about the Master so she should hopefully understand. What do they do now? Was teh Master behind all of this?

Kathy nodded at Cat and decided that they would be able to get around him but then what? They were most likely in flight so they had no way of escaping... unless they rattled on around the rest of the ship but then what? The Master had to be confronted. She looked up at her Dad who immediately understood the look.

"Well, I suggest we jump up on him and get him to talk, he should be able to tell us something." John whispered in an unaudible tone outside the three of them. Kathy nodded in agreement, they had to begin investigating- what else would they expect? John creeped up behind the master and thenstood up straight, he watched carefuly at what he was doing, trying to work out where he was going etc. "Master!"

 

Carrie pouted as Cat took the fez away. "It might be old,but it's always fun.. well for me anyway," smirked Carrie, taking a headpiece from the box. She listened as they found another TARDIS and watched as Cat, John and Kathy teleported away. "I wonder who could be in the TARDIS..." said Carrie to her brother and his previous incarnation. " So," said Carrie to the Ninth Doctor. "You were Rose's first Doctor right?"

 

"What the hell are you three doing in here?" the Master said at the mention of his name. To his surprise, on of the trio appeared to be... but no, it wasn't. This one was human. One heart. He wasn't the Doctor, despite looking almost exactly alike.
"And why don't these things come with locks? Not that something like that would stop anyone, I mean look at me, I've been breaking locks all day." he stopped for a moment, tilting his head a little sideways. "As well as roofs, apparently. Hope they don't mind the damage. Although actually I do; that bill they were trying to pass was a terrible idea."

 

Cat nodded at John's proposition. She didn't like it, but what else could they do? When he spoke, she was only able to look on and try to mask her fear. When he began to ramble over pointless topics, it almost reminded her of the Time Lord that she'd been travelling with for so long. Still, it was quite odd to see this man in the flesh again. She decided that things needed to move along.

"Well, a TARDIS in motion isn't exactly going to stop me."

It was a struggle to keep her voice from cracking, but somehow she had managed.

"Then again, nobody ever really explained my case to you. No, cause you were too busy killing a third of the human population."

She was angry. Just remembering what he'd done to so many people made her want to kill him. Still, they needed to know what he was up to... and she could never bring herself to kill anyone. She thought about how Ten would approach the situation.

"Do you remember me?"

 

"21st. You may be shocked, but Torchwood is pretty advanced for its time."

He smiled, still fiddling with the computer.

"Now hold on. I can activate their headsets remotely from here, but it's going to take a little while. In the meantime, you all should probably go ahead."

 

The master kissing her took her completely by suprise, and she just stood there for a moment as it sunk in. "Um yeah" She murmered as he asked her the question about the chameleon circuits and she watched him, a little dazed, as he set about pressing buttons. It suprised her that he appeared to be a little bit more competant with the tardis than she'd origionally thought. However as soon as it became apparent what he was doing she burst out laughing, "Oh nice one. This should be fun, I trust you have music too." She shook her head then watched as he hit the controls, making her reconsider her earlier thought about him being competant, she was pretty sure he didn't know where he was sending them. She knew she could find out if she wanted to, but decided against it as not knowing was much more fun. "Oh, I'll come. This is way more exciting than anything I'd be doing otherwise!" She said with a grin as she thought about what he'd just called her. Tech. She wasn't sure if she liked it, it definatly suited her and it wasn't bad enough to make her threaten him never to call her that again, at least, which she wasn't afraid to do.

However her thoughts were cut short by the arrival of three people, she kept quiet for a moment as she examined them and listened to what everybody said before getting bored of not knowing what was going on. "Woah, woah, woah, excuse me? I'm sorry but I'm confused. Who are you? What are you doing here?" She looked round at the Master for answers, "Do you know these people? Oh and as for a lock, I was a little short on time, I just wanted to get her going. I'll install one later." She shrugged and smiled innocently before her attention returned to the intruders.

Luke smiled despite nobody answering him, the new TARDIS was a curious development, he couldn't work out who might be in it but another TARDIS was bound to hold some significance. He just hoped Kathy would be okay, he knew she was more than capable of taking care of herself but still. He walked over and picked up a headset, he knew he was probably staying there but there was no way he was being left out. He examined it, figuring out how it worked, "Oh clever" He muttered before placing it in his ear, "So you made these? Remind me later to get into an indepth chat about how it works and I'd love to see what other stuff you've developed here." He said with a smile, "So, I assume I'm staying here then, I don't mind either way."

 

John's stern face looked at the Master and then at his... companion. Perhaps they weren't so different. "I'm the Doctor." He knew that the Master could tell he was human but this was not the time to segregate him from the name. "How are you still alive? I burned you, your body turned to ashes before my eyes."

Kathy gingerly stepped forward, despite everything she had been told, she wasn't scared- she knew what this meant to her Dad- even if he wasn't a proper Time Lord. "You're the Master aren't you? So tell us, what on earth is gonig on here?" She looked at the girl next to him, wearing a beautiful dress. Kathy couldn't gauge what she thought of her, did she know what the Master could do? Did she understand what could happen with him around? Then again, he wasn't all bad... he couldn't be. "Kathy, by the way."

 

"I was dead, but I got bored of that." he answered this 'Human-Doctor'. "Too little to do, I'm sure you understand. Guessing you weren't here for the invasion of the me's, that was a riot."
"Oh, don't bother with one, Tech, they'd only break it. Believe me, they're good at breaking things." he called to his... companion? Yes. He had a companion now.
Seconds later he turned to the girl who called herself Kathy.
"What's happening here is that I'm flying through time and space with my friend here. Problem?"

 

Tech laughed as she listened to her new friend talk, he was rather funny. So, they called him 'The Master'? It was only now she realised they hadn't asked eachother names, instead gave eachother nicknames. 'Master' suited him, it was clever as it forced his enimies to call him something that made him sound superior to them. Either way, there was no way in hell she was calling him 'Master', simply out of principle. She's stick with 'Blondie' or anything else that took her fancy.

"Oh okay, no lock them. What's the obsession with everyone breaking things? I mean I could probably fix it and make it even cooler but still." She shrugged, before twirling round to look at the new comers. "Yeah, we're just having a bit of fun, what's so wrong with that? Have you come to spoil our fun? Why do you assume we're just doing something wrong?" She asked as she skipped over to them, with such an innocent look. She'd spent a century perfecting how to look cute and sweet, needless to say she was pretty good at it.

 

"Why?"

Cat decided to butt in. This girl obviously hadn't seen everything that he was capable of.

"Honestly, I think there are better questions that we could be asking."

She walked up to her slowly. She didn't way to provoke the Master, but she also wanted to see just who this girl could really be. When she was directly in front of her, she looked at her, then back to the Master.

"Well, you're obviously not his kid. Still, as far as I can tell, none of this seems to be freaking you out."

She teleported back to where she had been and started walking around the console. She wanted to see if the Master could remember her, but she also didn't feel like walking back over there. She began to walk around, thinking things over.

"Let's see, you don't seem like a Slitheen, but I could be wrong about that. You look too... perfect to be Nestene. At this point, all I know is that you're not human."

She smiled, feeling a bit like the Doctor right now.

 

Tech placed her hand on her hip and raised a single eyebrow at the woman in front of her. The teleporting had suprised her a little but she had no plans on letting that show. "Not bad, you're right of course, is it really that obvious?" She questioned, she'd thought her disguise was pretty good, her image inducer fooled most people so it went to show further how these people weren't ordinary. "And you're right that I'm not a Slitheen or a Nestene, filthy creatures." She said, her opinion of them clearly not very high and she wasn't too thrilled about being called them. "Now as for what I actually am, well that would be telling. Here's a clue though; I just fixed this tardis form being a complete wreck to being fully fuctional. Not too shabby, wouldn't you say?" She grinned at the woman, holding her gaze. She was probably boasting a little but she couldn't resist. She wasn't going to be intimidated by some stranger, she planned to hold her own. "I still don't get who you are though and why you are here, I didn't realise we were doing anything wrong. We just wanted to have a little fun."

 

"Well, the only obvious thing was the fact that you didn't fear him in any way, shape or form. I mean, everyone knows who Harold Saxon is nowadays, and they would run off the moment they saw them... after all, he was shot."

She felt a bit proud for guessing right, but this wasn't the time nor the place for pride.

"Ah, so you 'fixed her up'?"

She turned to the Master.

"Tell me, who'd you steal it from? The only one who could possibly have a TARDIS is the Doctor."
