I also might bring in another OC (Hope) but like I said I still have some stuff to work out with her.

 

Name: Luke Smith
Race/Species: Human (Technically he's 'The Archetype', an artifical human created from thousands of DNA samples to be a archetypal human.)
Age: Technically he's been alive 4 years but he was created as a teenager so now he appears to be about 18.

Personality: Luke is very logical and analytical, he will analyse everything he sees around him and take everything in. However he isn't good at telling jokes as he takes things too literally. He is a bit socially arkward due to being born as a teenager but is learning fast. He has a strong sense of right and wrong, always tring to do the right thing. He always tries to do his best at everything he does. Friends and family is very important to him, he is really loyal to those around him.
Powers/Weapons: He has genius level intelligence, an exceptional eidetic memory and enhanced learning ability. His immune system is so powerful he has never gotten sick (except the attack by Rakweed spores). He has good reflexes and will often use his surroundings to his advantage, although he doesn't carry a weapon.
Other: He was created by the Bane but was adopted by Sarah Jane Smith and has been fighting aliens with her. Over the last year he has been to Oxford University after completing his A-levels a year early.

KS, he took K-9 to university with him so I guess they'll be starting together. I'm also doing an OC but I'll do that later along with Luke's personality.

Name: Emma Sparkle (Her actual name is unpronouncable)
Race/Species: Unknown
Age: 103 (about 14 in human form)
Appearance: http://wallpaperpassion.com/upload/8692/cute-girl-wallpaper.jpg , she uses a image inducer to give her this appearence a seriously advanced piece of technology that cannot be broke easily. However she does fiddle with it when she's not happy with her appearence meaning sometimes day to day her eye colour and things like that will change to suit her outfit.
Personality: Happy-Go-Lucky, there is always a smile on this alien chick's face. She loves life and never wants to stop. She has a contagious enthusiasm for everything about her and will do anything to pass on her smile. She is naturally a little secretive as she doesn't want to reveal what she actual is and she has moments when her true age shows through.
Powers/Weapons: She can move at incredible speeds and do incredibly acrobatics, her body is super flexible. She also is in posession of a lot of advanced technology and has an affinity with any kind of technology, allowing her to use it and control it despite never having seen it before. She is capable of hacking into some of the most advanced systems in the world but chooses not too.
Other: She is hiding. She is scared. Something is haunting her.

Now I'm just not sure how to start off. I need a reason for Luke to be away from University (with K-9) and somwhere where I'm going to meet other people. Ooh, unless K-9 picks up trouble/an emergancy so Luke'll drop everything and come running, though that depends on GS. Emma can turn up anywhere.

 

Im going to have Carrie be with the 11th Doctor at the time when all the Doctors arrive. Is that alright with everyone?

Also I've basically worked out what I'm doing with the Master, but I'll admit I've no idea how to start with Nine at all. I mean; I know they're all together in the TARDIS right now, but who's TARDIS is it (in terms of looks, I mean.)?
And since everyone is making OC's, I'll consider making one at some point soon.

 

Oh yeah I know that,but since Carrie traveled with the Doctor from the begining of series two until the end of fifth then I'm just wodering if she would know Cat or not... She'd have two right? XD

 

We need another location. There are too many charas in the one place, I don't know how to come in. I'm considering having Luke either be on the uni campus as he's at uni atm however that uni sounds like it is in America. Or have that in his uni room and have K-9 pick up something (that last one is up to GS)

Emma can be pretty much anywhere though probably not a university campus. I thought they were flung out everywhere, not all to the same place.

 

Well, the graveyard is just a popular place. The university could be in the UK, and Sam's just there from America (besides, when have you seen Weeping Angels in America?)

Luke and K-9 could have a portable version of Mr Smith on his phone or something and they pick up a disturbance in the time vortex... or something to that effect. Plus we can always have the time vortex randomly teleport half the group into another point in space and time.
