"Hey, all of ya! Get o'er here if yer new! I'm takin' you all on a job!" a loud man shouted to the group. Malkira learned his name was Edric Storm. After listening to what the shouty man had to say Malkira began to look around the room at his fellow newcomers. Mostly human unfortunately. There was a man with strangely blond and black hair and very classy dress sense, but not as classy as the arrogant aristocrat that had entered dramatically earlier and was clearly trying to draw attention to himself 'some self-centred brat no doubt' Malkira thought, but wisely didn't voice this. So they had to steal a book? Seemed simple enough, and it was a wise choice not to give some of these ambitious yet weak newcomers anything too complex. Of course, Malkira himself would be able to do far more, but he respected this shouty annoying man's authority.

She did not know what to say to Silvia. She was more useful then she thought she was. Silvia had magic and helped people. All she did was cause pain and death. You are the one that needs help, Silvia had said. This maybe true, but that did not mean she deserved it. As far as she could tell she did not deserve help. They were many people out there that deserved help more then her. "You are the one that needs saving not me." She did not know how to save Silvia. What could she do? What could she tell her. After they went threw the hole her leg started feeling a bit better. She walked on a green pastor. Staying close to Silvia. The look and smell of the fire long gone. Pink flowers grew on the green pastor. A forests and a castle far away on a cloud. How was that possible? How was a castle sitting on a cloud? It was best not to think about it. The smell of fire was replaced with peppermint and Gingerbread. She soon thought about food. She slightly wondered if the grass and trees were eatable. The smell was so strong. Were was it coming from? There was snow, but it was not cold. How odd she thought it should be colder then it is. The sky was a deep, beautiful blue. The sky's look almost made her forget of the fire that was before it. What had happened to the Snow Fairies? Were they dead or did they get away from the fires touch? Did anyone know about the fire? Would people blame her like they did for that house? There was something about prince Eric. Who was he? Then there was something about a throne and a golden scepter. Was this golden scepter what the mouse king used on them? This was likely. Then there was something about a king. Was this king, king of the castle in the sky? Someone then called them murderers. They must have them confused with someone or maybe they did not. They could have killed the snow faries. She stayed as close as possible to Silvia, but than got separated from her. She then found herself surrounded by mice. How was she going to fight? Then she remembered what Clara had done with her Shoes. Maybe she could do that. The mice were afraid of shoes. She then took off her shoes and threw them at a mouse.

Skadi wasn't entirely comfortable with how things had gone. They'd been accused of being murderers, and while Skadi wished she could deny it, she'd seen the fairies that had suffered and died with Thea's explosion of magic. On top of that, they also had the mouse king's army to deal with again. It wouldn't have been as bad if she hadn't been grouped with Thea. Skadi didn't hate Thea, and she didn't entirely fear her but...there was still that lingering feeling of worry that she might lose control once again. The ice mage wanted to call out to Thea and tell her to just use her magic, that they were in serious trouble if she didn't, but could she do that knowing that feeling of fear that had overtaken her completely just a short while ago?

She made the decision. She was scared that Thea would lose control again, but if she didn't use her magic then the battle would be hard fought. The risk was one they had to take, and if Thea was scared of being unable to command her magic properly the chances of her screwing it up only increased. "Thea! Just use your damn magic!" Skadi shouted, reassuring her friend but not quite sure it was the right idea herself. As she did so, she launched a icicle at the first mouse army member listed in their group because there weren't any numbers to distinguish between them.

As she had entered the guild, Aoki was in a bit of awe how massive the place was. Sure, on the outward appearance of a castle was pretty intimidating, but even that failed to capture the grandness of the guild...and the overall weirdness of it as well. Granted, if someone was willing to make their base a castle that was just sort of there...they were probably pretty eccentric people as it were. As she was walking around and taking note of all the kinds of different people, it was then that a job was being called for all the new recruits of the guild, which she had been one of at this time. As she walked over to the man with the job be dealt with, she saw a blond haired man just sort of walk in to listen as well. This was followed by two other people, one who seemed like a complete and total British Person...whatever British was. Then there was one last...person? She was a bit unsettled as the thing didn't really give off much of a presence, and yet was just so obviously weird. Ignoring this though, she turned back to Edric and said, "so, is there anything more we know about this book? Like, what it looks like for starters."

As Lucia had been going down this near endless slide, something really weird happened. Weirder than how she got onto the slide, even. As she was sliding down the chute her and her comrades eventually fell into a completely different area. No longer were they in the foresty setting of that mysterious floating cloud forest island thing, but instead, they were in some sort of place that resembled a building. And then they seemed to start falling off the slide as it ended. She eventually hit the area beneath, hard, and was a bit curious about where she was. Looking around, they seemed to be on some floating things in some oddly colored sea. "Wait a second." Lucia started to sniff around, and then looked around at what the group was floating around on. That being, giant vegetables. "Guys...why are we floating around in something...delicious?"

 

This Mysterious Man was starting to annoy Scarlett. It was bad enough that he didn't respond to any of her insults, but he was also taking forever to kill. "Alright man. Just give up now and maybe you'll keep a shard of your already shattered dignity."

It wasn't long before Conrad heard someone shout that everyone who was new had to come over, there were some interesting people around, some walking statue, a girl with a more odd taste in clothing, then there was the bloke with the two coloured hair and *bump* Vance..... it just had to be Vance.... "Well well if it isn't Vance himself" He said, he wasn't going to stoop as low as Vance and throw an insult his way as to retain moral high ground. He had heard a lot about him, might have run into him once or twice though it wasn't memorable, he didn't care much either. He instead listened carefully as to what Edric had to say, but he wasn't too pleased.... They were stealing a book... The first question he could ask was why? He waited until Edric had finished speaking and then spoke up "Why exactly are we stealing a book?"

"Nothing makes a man as adventurous as an empty pocket." Zephyros muttered to himself as Edric called. Zephyros wasn't exactly in the Guild, but Edric had picked the Job before he could take it. Zephyros wasn't able to dance on the street for money forever, they were all getting hungry, and he needed to bring in something to put food on the many tables that were in the underground.

"Why exactly are we stealing a book?"

"Why does it matter? As long as we're getting paid, it shouldn't." Zephyros barked, worried that any second guessing would change their mind about going on the Job. As much as Zephyros knew that the job could be easily done with one person, Zephyros didn't mind the extra help.

"Shush, Lucia," Ren said to her calmly. He was laid back on a carrot, idly paddling around the pot. "Just accept it. This is a one in a lifetime experience, you know? I for one have never found myself inside a giant pot of soup."
He shut his eyes and settled down on his carrot, lazily stroking the liquid with his arms to meander around. The water was warm, and the vegetables were comfy. Ren felt he should take a moment to fully appreciate the comfort they had suddenly been thrust into. Sure, if he thought about it too much it was a bit icky swimming around in food, but fortunately Ren wasn't in the mood to think hard about things. He was still a bit dizzy from the slide.
"By the way guys," he said to the others vaguely, "I'm pretty sure this is a stew. And we're the meat. That, or there's some sort of soup monster lurking beneath these waters. Yarr, me mateys."


Mizuki refused to join in the snow fight, and so was far enough away from the fire to avoid injury when Thea had her little accident. Then, the previously passive and completely unresponsive snow faries suddenly went bat **** crazy and tried to kill them all, so they had to run for it. Through a random mouse hole, something something about candy girls, and hey, fight! Now that's what we came here for!

Mizuki found herself close to Silvia, facing off against two mice. Pretty good odds, to be honest. She rested her hand on her sword, examining the two enemies to decide which one she should take on. Take down the weaker one, or try to wear the strong one down first? And what about Silvia, was she in any state to take one down?

"I will do my best."

Mizuki glanced quickly at the other girl. It was almost as if Silvia had been reading her mind. Mizuki nodded sharply to her. "You will, or we'll die," she said quietly. Then she launched herself towards the stronger mouse, drawing her sword in a fluid motion that sent the blade slicing towards the enemies neck.

Mizuki used Blitz on the Mouse with 40 hp.

Jack's pov: He couldn't find Mizuki anywere. Then at the last second he saw her go through the mouse hole. He went through the hole. It looked like at battle was going on. He used aero on mouse with 40 health (idk who)

Dawn was just stunning the man continuously. Her lack of grunts and spell vocals must have astonished him that badly. She used Aero once more.

 

Ra looked at the enormous mouse, not really sure what to make of it. Nevertheless, it had to be defeated to save Dale. Ra used thunder!

Beucette used blitz on the mouse with more HP 'n shit.

 

The slide seemed to finally come to an end with him landing on something that resembled a giant carrot. Okay, that's definitely strange. What more was that the carrot was floating in some liquid. Did the slide just take them all of a giant pot of vegetable soup or something? Well vegetable and meat soup, with them being the meat as Hasu put it. "So how do we find a way out of here or are we waiting til a giant spoon or ladle scoops us up?"

Entering into the giant castle of a guild Zephyr walked in in his usual position. Hands in his pocket and well, that's it actually. The interior of the guild already had some people in, most of which looked normal with the exception of one ... person? Whatever. Another one of which had called over everyone that was new. Guess he was one of the people in charge then. Zephyr didn't know who other than himself actually was new, but there were quite a bit of new people here. That was good to know. When he heard what the mission that they would be going on was, he had a slightly confused look on his face. Definitely not the first thing he'd think he'd be doing. He wasn't the only be curious as to just why they were stealing a book. Most question that he would've asked had already been, so he just waited to hear the answers.

He hadn't even finished or he already had someone barking at him, acting like a hyena defending it's share of the rotting carcas left by those who dominate the land. He turned to the man in question and looked him up and down quickly taking him in. "As to why it matters is simple, there must be a good reason for it, seeing the request ended up at a normal guild instead of a Dark Guild who are already criminals, who wouldn't care for an extra note in their criminal record. The fact that this request ended up in normal guilds is odd in it's own right and there must be a good explanation for it." He said calmly "Furthermore a guild has a name to uphold, an appearance to the outside world, negative things weigh heavier than positive things, to build a good reputation can take years, even decades but it can be lost in but a day and the consequences of your actions will always catch up to you." With this he turned back to Edric, hoping for an answer.
