ready to murder someone in cold blood, and you accuse me of wanting to kill. You act like you are the first to ever feel hatred, and tell me that I am the one that will hurt this guild.
Who are you helping with this? You want to kill this man, and drive me away. Will that bring Leviathan back? Will that make him happy? Will it make you happy?
Will it make this guild any stronger if you get what you want? Let me put it to you simply: It won't. It'll create division. It's already started actually; some of us wanting to kill this man, others not.
You want me gone, that's not something I'll forget any time soon. And your Team King, well, how long do you think that will last now? You want to kill the brother of its leader.
You think that won't create some sort of tension, eh?"

Ren had said. What was going on?
Scarlett and Calxiyn were killers. Did everyone in this guild kill someone at one time or another?
"He's no different than he was before. He can you even stand the thought of him being alive, getting a second chance, when Levi never got his. It's not fair.
You have to believe me when I say people like Ezekiel don't change.
They never do. I've been around people like him my entire life and I've suffered endlessly because of the second chances I gave them.
We can't afford to make that mistake with him!
You say that these people have had too much sorrow, think of all the fear they'll get from knowing every second that he could be behind every closed door."

    Scarlett had said.
Who was she to decide his fate.
Then Calxiyn went on about killing thousands of people.
This fighting had to end if it did not someone would get hurt. Enough was enough it had to end.
What was wrong with everyone was everyone in the guild co-co for c-co puffs or what?
She walked closer to the incoming battle that was sure to come.
Cal put the weapon down she thought.
You are no better then them if you are going to fight
    She thought.
She stood ready for something to happen.

Long story short, Ezekiel wasn't dead and because Thomas opened his big mouth, which nothing good had ever come out of it, everyone was bitching at each other over whether or not to kill Ezekiel now or not. It wasn't entirely certain whether or not Thomas had kept his mouth shut would've have prevented all this, probably not, but let's say it would have cause why not? Anyway initially Veilen had no desire to get involved in the matter cause he figured that it'd blow over soon given the small amount of people that had spoken out on the matter. His assumptions was proven wrong in the matter of seconds and EVERYONE (not really everyone, but a fair amount) lost their shit.

More and more people were taking sides and the situation was getting more and more out of hand. Veilen sighed, bickering like this was getting them nowhere. With his sword in hand he walked over to a down piece of rubble from their fight. He stopped in front of it and lifted up his sword. After testing to see which side would cause the loudest sound with contact, he took that side and with as much force as he could muster, slammed his sword into it. The resounding *clank* hopefully was enough to get everyone to shut up and turn their attention to him. Once he was certain that he had all of their attention, he took in a deep breath before speaking.

"LOOK AT YOU GUYS PRACTICALLY AT EACH OTHER THROATS ALL OVER WHETHER OR NOT TO KILL HIM!" The grip he had on his sword loosen to the point where he let it slip out of his hands and onto the ground. "I understand what you guys are saying. He tried to destroy our guild, kick the shit out of our S-class, tried to kill US, hell he vaporized our second to newest member. We have every right to be angry at him, but if we sink to his level and kill him right here and now, then we're no better than him then, are we!?" Veilen did want to out some kind of revenge on Ezekiel, but it wasn't out right killing him that he wanted.

"And where has giving all that death put you?" Dale asked, as quietly as she. Got to keep up this calm debate as long as I can. Until someone intervenes. Why aren't the S-Classes doing anything! Caliborn should be doing something! Mikasa! Hell even Edric would do something if he were here, so what the hell are they doing? Come on Evanora! Someone take control here because they're not going to listen to me! I'll hold the line here Johanna, as long as I can, but you'd better get something sorted out here quick! "Scarlett, come on. It's time to let go. We'll leave this man to the law. He won't go free Scarlett. When we get the authorities over here they'll deal with him as they see fit. They may even invoke the death sentence. You can get your results with some patience. At this rate you'll be the one they punish, not him. We will see justice done, but not like this." He looked up and saw Calxiyn making her speech, holding out her weapon and then a strange mask. I have no idea what that is but if she's using it like a threat then it's something significant. Something dangerous. Why haven't they taken it off her yet, or had an explanation for it? This is bad. She'll just rile Scarlett up and then all of this will be useless! Another figure intervened. At least he's making sense. Good, that should hold up that time bomb while I take care of this one.

"Make the right choice Scarlett." Dale continued. Damn it I'm running out of arguments. What am I supposed to do here Johanna? Wait... I still have one. "I'm not asking you to stop this as a superior, nor a better wizard or any of that. I'm asking you respectfully, as a friend, hold up, be patient and we'll see this done the right way." I swear if this doesn't convince her then I'm saying goodbye to friendships because clearly the ****ing things are useless. I'll keep Johanna and Caliborn and Edric and Johanna, but the rest of these Guild Members won't even matter. Selfish, impulsive bastards.

"I'm with Veilen!" Alessia declared, moving over and standing in front of Veilen, to show that she was wholeheartedly on his side. Why did it have to end like this, surely we could have been reasonable about it, but now we're fighting and Dale actually hit Scarlett. What are we meant to do with all this? "Honestly I'm disappointed with some of you! I won't be as bad as he is, and neither will any of you! We're good people! This is Sapphire Eclipse, not some Dark Guild that does nothing but murder people! Come on everyone, don't fight! We shouldn't hurt anyone else! Isn't one death enough? Isn't one death too many?" She unclasped her sword and sheath from her back and dropped it to the ground. She looked at the other guild members in turn (All that were paying attention to the scene), trying to show that she wasn't afraid of them. I'm not going to back down here! Not even you people are going to make me back down! I won't be as bad as Ezekiel! He killed one of us... One of our guild members... He needs to pay, but we can't kill him otherwise we're no different to him!

Great. Just great. Now some childish girl was doing something extremely stupid and telling some sob story to get her way. That pissed Scarlett off. She clenched the bow in her hand and her fingers danced on the arrow she had nocked. Dale was saying something to her, almost pleading, that justice would be served elsewhere. But in this moment, she was utterly pissed at that Calxiyn girl for what she just did.

"Do you even realize what you're saying? You're willing to risk your life for a man who just murdered one of us? You know what, screw this!"

She brought her bow up towards her chin, taking aim.

"Why the hell am I trying to protect you anymore? You don't realize how dangerous he is and yet you stand there like he's your brother. Well news flash hon, he's going down sooner or later. And don't think you won't be included in that if you make one move."

    Make the right choice Scarlett.

Despite her anger, she heard Dale's voice loud and clear. She lowered her chin just a bit at his words.

    As a friend.

Damn it Dale. Damn it. You see what she's doing here right? She's a traitor! She's defending the enemy! Scarlett looked from Dale to Calxiyn, her eyes moving in a slow, meaningful way.

"It's times like this that makes me think there isn't a right choice." She muttered quietly as she let the arrow fly.

It was right on target. The arrow wizzed right about a foot to the right of Calxiyn and it hit the ground with a distant thud (ALSO SCARLETT MADE SURE NO ONE WAS IN RANGE OF GETTING HIT BY THAT AREOW SO DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT). It should be enough to scare her a little, tell her that this isn't time for little girls to play hero.

    "Next time, I won't miss."

She lowered her now and turned to Dale. Scarlett was mainly expecting another slap but she really didn't care anymore.

"Okay," she said, strangely calm. "We'll do things your way. But it i think that for one second these 'authorities' are thinking about letting him go, I can't promise you anything."

(This had gone on long enough. It was time for this to end.
Then it happened. Scarlett was going to shoot. noo. no more death no more injury. Just no more.
She ran punching Ez out of the way of the arrow that was going to hit him.) post from before edit

This had gone on long enough. it was time for this to end.
this taking side was dumb. Then the dumb Scarlett shot her bow The arrow hitting the ground.
She could hurt someone with that.
She walked over to the battle that was a moment from happening.

Gaius stood there, visibly shaking with anger. Oh he wanted to punch Ren, to force him to get out of his way. This man that he was defending was truly horrible, and had done things that Gaius never again hoped to bear witness to. He forced himself to calm down just a little bit, and what Ren said helped a lot. He was right, all that was being accomplished was that Gaius was creating rifts, he was doing just as much damage right now as Ezekiel had caused. And it was all because of that anger that sometimes he just couldn't control. He put his hand on his arm, feeling around for the bruises and cuts he used to consistently have. His father had had that same anger, hadn't he?

His father, beating him day in day out, never missing a day. Maybe that was why Gaius was always getting into fights; because it felt strange not being injured. He hated his father, he'd never forgive him for the upbringing he'd receieved, but more importantly, he was the one that the fire mage blamed for his mother's disappearance. All the yelling, all the physical abuse, all the rage from his father was something that had caused severe depression in Gaius at a young age (it was a miracle he'd overcome it as well as he did), and now here he was, teetering on the edge of doing the same thing here. Perhaps that was why his mother had left and not come back. She'd promised to come back, but she never had, and Gaius had never found out why but...had she seen her opportunity to escape all of it, and taken it? It was a distressing thought, that a mother could abandon her only child so easily. Was Gaius himself going to allow himself to become the man his father was? No, never.

The flames on his hands finally died down, disappearing along with the anger inside of the boy. "I guess..I don't know, maybe it should be left to the magic council. He tried to destroy our guild and failed, lets not do it for him. I don't know about you guys, but I don't want this guild to be torn apart" the red head said, speaking kind of softly as he spoke. He turned around and walked a few steps towards the exit. "I'm sorry for causin' so much trouble. I just didn't want Levi to have died for nothin'. You can figure out what to do with him, I don't want any part of it anymore" Gaius said, before walking out of the place and starting to make his way back to Sapphire Eclipse's guild hall. It was a long walk, but maybe the fresh air and quiet would do him some good. He certainly hoped so.

"You defeated me with the strength you gain from your friendship, and moment's later you're at eachother's throats over what to do after the victory? Honestly, i can't begin to understand you people..." Said Ezekiel. He listened to each one of them, each making a valid point. If he'd known it was this easy to tear the guild apart, then he may well have won the fight. Although it was for the best that he was defeated. Weapons were drawn, but put away soon after. Although...One girl stood directly in front of him, claiming to be a mass murderer. That if he should be put to death for his crimes, so should she. He put his hand on her shoulder and shook his head. "It's not worth fighting for. Put that away, girl."

"Alright, fine. Let's take 'em both!" Beucette called out, surprisingly. "She says she killed a bunch of people, i say we turn her over with 'im. I mean, what is this, redeemed murderers.guild? No. We don't really want people like that in our guild do we? If theres the logic of we can't let him go because he'll kill us, then why should we let her stay in our freakin' guild hall?" Beucette's opinions were a bit surprising, given her personality most of the time. Yet she spoke them loudly, assuring all would hear them. She wanted Calxyin to suffer whatever fate they chose for Ezekiel.

"Stumbling along the road does not mean you have lost your way. Being exposed to corruption does not mean you are forever lost in it." Ra said, speaking up. "Is it so impossible for one to change? To no longer be their former self? The path of life is not a straight line. It is riddled with bends and forks. It is my belief that should the opportunity present itself, everyone deserves to be given a second chance to redeem themselves." Ra's eyes narrrowed at Ezekiel. "However, no one deserves a third. His guild is destroyed, his commanders defeated, his ascension lost to him. He cannot defeat us. Should he return, attempting vengeance, we will be able to fight him off once more. And at that time, we will end his life. For now, i believe we should let him go, and give him a chance to repent for his actions. Perhaps he will have changed after all. Perhaps he will become an ally, and aid us in battles to co-"

"Ra, stop. You are not the one who should pass judgement onto me." Ezekiel interrupted, walking past him. "Among you, there is only one i have seen who is wise enough to make the choice regarding the fate of another." Walked over, he stood in front of the guild master of Sapphire eclipse, Evanora. Dropping to his knees, he lowed his head to her. "Listen to the voices of your guild. All of them. When you have made your decision, be it to kill me, free me, or imprison me, i will accept it. The judgement call is yours, guild master."

"It's not worth fighting for. Put that away, girl."

"How can you say that?!" Calxiyn cried. "Can anyone here honestly say I've hurt anyone! I was able to change my life, and I want the same for you!"

Johanna felt cold and motionless. She didn't know what to do. It was all pounding against her skull. But Dale was her shining light today. "Evanora he asks for mercy! He bows his head to you and asks for your judgement! How can you honestly be ok with killing him outright! Calxiyn was able to show you and prove herself to you, why should Ezekiel be any different!?"

"With all do respect, Guild Master, I agree with Calxiyn on some level. You know that my swords aren't clean of blood, but you still have accepted me as I am. I don't think we should let him go free, but I don't think killing him is the right choice here. Especially when like Calxiyn, I am no better."

"Silence! That is enough, all of you!" Evanora didn't shout, but her voice seemed to pierce the air. In her heart, she wanted to let Ezekiel go. She believed he could be a better man. "I will not let my Guild Members turn into Murders. You see a man who now longs to change and you turn him away and wish for his death. I don't agree that what he did was right, but how could you exile a man when he wishes to turn to a path of light! He has given up his pride by bowing before my feet, but all of you are consumed by your own hatred and anger. Your anger will consume you until you turn into the man Ezekiel is, Scarlett, Gaius, Beucette. Darkness will corrupt you. This is no longer a lesson to place judgement, but a message for all of you: You are a Guild, which means you stick together at any cost. No matter where you come room, no matter what you've done, that doesn't matter anymore. That's why Calxiyn was able to join this Guild, it's why Mikasa was able to join this Guild, because now they are fighting on the side of light! Understand that I would never turn away anyone who truly wanted to change, but yet seeing all of you I am torn. Forget what you've known, forget what you think, think of your friendships! I will not stand here and watch as you kill your Guild Member's brother, or a Guild Member who has stood up for what she believes in. Then the only monsters here, will be you."

Evanora took out her sword, and put it over Ezekiel's head. "Mikasa and I will take you to the Outlands, and there you shall remain until your heart is cleansed of the anger and hate inside you. You will be banished there, the prison Sapphire Eclipse's first master created. With enough work Ezekiel, you will change, but you must understand then when you go to the Outlands, there is no going back to society unless it sees a change in your heart. This is an endless prison. Do I make myself clear? Now everyone, get back to the Guild Hall! There will be no discussion."

Mikasa ruffly pulled up Ezekiel, and Evanora put chains of pure light over his hands and feet, so he wasn't able to escape. Mikasa put on her dark green cloak to cover her face, which had the crest of the guild on the back. She pulled him along with the chain, and said nothing. They both walked together.

Johanna put her arm around Calxiyn, who was visibly shaking from all the stress. "You heard Evanora, let's go home." Her and Calxiyn led, as Johanna tried to calm her down. She held her tightly at her side, as if she were a sister.

Despite Alessia being the only one to actively side with him in this mess, it appeared that things had started to clam down a bit. Least Gaius did anyway. Scarlett had shot an arrow into the ground in in front of Calxiyn but, other than that, nothing in the extremes happened. There was the suggestion of locking up Calxiyn along with Ezekiel, but nothing was actually acted on.

That was when Ezekiel himself had approached Evanora, keeled before her and pretty much said that he'd be cool with whatever they decided to do. Which would be a lot better if they could come to an agreement on what to do themselves. Despite that Evanora came to a decision that Veilen assumed was to banish him. Least that was what he figured from the name Outlands. Whether or not that would actually calm or satisfy anyone was in the air, but hopefully no one would try to lash out at anyone.

Thomas was now pacing around letting the yelling around him commence. He was fidgeting with his hands as he started to grumble. "Oh man I didn't mean for it to get this out of hand. I hope I don't get in trouble for it." Thomas said. He was rubbing the back of his neck when Evanora started to yell at everyone. At least the situation was resolved but people where breaking down. Cal was going off the edge and Silvia was crying. This whole situation was insane.

Evanora finally instructed them to return to the guild while she dealt with Ezekiel. Thomas didn't have to be asked twice to leave, he was looking forward to it. He was just done with it all of this yelling and fighting. He wanted to enjoy the rest of his life even with some fighting, that was fine. Fighting was fun when it came down to it, yelling wasn't.

Returning to the guild it seemed warmer than before. "What is going on here?" Thomas mumbled feeling the heat in the air. It was annoying. "Hey where is the hottie in here? She is bringing the whole temperature up." Thomas commented as he looked around as other guild members slowly joined them.

Silvia was still near Scarlett crying, scared as everyone raised their voice, turning against each other. "Stop. Please stop." Silvia's voice was barely a whisper. The girl who seemed so nice before was now yelling about how she killed people ans such, Scarlett turned to her and shot an arrow right near her. There was so much yelling and fighting right now. Silvia shook terribly sitting on her knees.

Among the yelling Silvia finally found the strength to stand. She found herself running... running to find comfort. She gripped on to Caliborn hugging him, seeking comfort. Silvia was searching for some sort of comfort. With no father figure to speak of and being disowned by her mother Silvia had no where else to look. She didn't know why she chose Caliborn except he had been the most calm and nice to her. It was embarrassing but she couldn't help herself. Burying her head in his chest she mumbled an apology for using him as comfort. "I'm sorry... Can we just go home now? I don't want to see more death." The tears still dripped down his face and the girl shook, her innocence completely obvious.

Thea lay in the bed still sobbing. The heat in the room kept rising as she herself was burning up. She was trying so hard to hold in her emotions and power that it was burning herself up from the inside out. The girls was struggling to keep herself calm. "Ezekiel, Alastor, Yana, Orpheus... Where are you? Why won't you help me." She groaned as she tried to find the strength to get up and look around to see what had happened, however given the injuries she had received and the flare up that was causing her to burn up, it was making things incredibly difficult.

With the situation being handle by Evanora, everyone started to do the only thing that they could do right now and headed back to the guild. First thing Veilen did was to reach down and grab Alessia's weapon and hand it to her. "Thanks for the support back there." He said, grabbing his own weapon and heading back to the guild.

Stepping into the guild, he found the change in temperature to be odd. "Did something get lit on fire in there?" That was the first thing that came to mind, but it was kinda unlikely since there wasn't the smell of anything burning in the guild. It was just that the inside felt hotter than usual.

No Internet til Tuesday so posting by phone.

Dawn was breathing heavily as the battle came to a close. She managed to successfully complete her first mission and survive farther than some of the other members. She was weak now and tired, wanting to fall to the ground. She stood tall though until they reached the guild once more.

Arriving at the guild finally, Dawn took a seat at one of the tables. She pulled out a book and began to flip through the pages. A pencil came out of the middle binding. She began to draw images of the guild she was now a part of. A large group photo was underway with the members of Team King being drawn first.

She smiled as she drew alone,. She was happy, an emotion that hadn't been truly felt after some time. She was still too nervous to go to anyone.

A timely intervention there Evanora. I see some of our Guild Members are rather bloody minded when it comes down to it. I expect that they will learn from this experience, or at least I would hope so. I wonder if we have seen the true colours of some of these people, or if this was just the product of rage? Time will tell I suppose, but I think I'll keep an eye on- Caliborn looked down as he felt a weight suddenly slam into his chest as Silvia wept, digging her head into his coat. Oh you poor child, this must be too much for you. You haven't the temperament to handle death like this, and the violence being displayed here. He embraced Silvia lightly to provide her some security.
"It's over now Silvia, there's nothing to worry about." Caliborn said softly, still holding her. "Nobody is going to get hurt here, it's all going to be fine. I promise, it's all okay." He waited a couple of moments before he let go of her and put his hands on her shoulders, looking her in the eyes with the most gentle expression he could muster.
"Now, let's go back to the Guild Hall and we'll see how you feel then, okay?" He asked. How tragic, that someone should be as insecure as this.

    "Thank you, Scarlett."
He said. Outwardly he showed no sign but inside, he was relieved that it had worked. Of course, she still fired the bow, but between a spot on the ground or actually hitting someone, the spot on the ground was preferable and right now, he wasn't going to shatter the delicate peace he had managed to create by berating her for firing at Calxiyn. Perhaps that would come later, but he suspected that Scarlett knew everything he would have said on the subject so that was that. Evanora began to speak now, pronouncing her judgement. The Outlands huh? I haven't seen her do that in a long, long time. I know of it though, what it's supposed to do. I do not envy Ezekiel if he is in that place, but at least he's going to come out a better man, or not at all.
"Satisfied, Scarlett? He's not going free for some time. I know of the Outlands, what it does. He'll either come out changed, or not at all. That's how we'll know the proof of his change of heart. He won't be allowed out if he won't change." Dale explained. Not sure it'll sate her appetite for bloodshed but it should hopefully win her sense of public security over since apparently she has one. She is not what I expected. Then again, did I really expect anything from her, or anyone? He thought about the answer to that question for a couple of seconds. No, I didn't. He watched Johanna leading a stressed out Calxiyn away and resolved to catch up with her later. He started to walk back as well, assuming that if she wished to talk then Scarlett would follow him, elsewise she wouldn't.

"What's going on with this hall, it was nowhere near this temperature when we were in here before." Alessia muttered. It was so hot, it was like something was heating the walls themselves, any hotter than this and she was going to melt! Does the Guild Hall have some kind of magical heating? It wouldn't surprise me, what with all the powerful wizards that have been and gone over the past years this guild has been active so, who can say? Then she heard Thomas making yet another smart comment about girls. That boy really needs to learn about how to talk to and treat women, because he is absolutely clueless. I suppose someone has to take charge of his education.
"Thomas, I don't know how much you know about humans, but I can tell you this- Just because you're cute, doesn't mean the temperature of the room goes up." She corrected, walking over and stopping beside him. "This is clearly something else's fault, did Ezekiel do something?"

Silvia felt the embrace of Caliborns hug, it was nice, protective almost. When was the last time her mother thought to stop and give her a hug? It was almost foreign, to her. Silvia wanted Caliborn to never let go, it was so comforting. But soon enough he did and placed his hands on her shoulders pushing her back slightly so he could look into her eyes. "Why does there have to be so much pain all the time? Why does bloodshed have to lead to more blood shed?" Silvia started before adding one more thing in quietly. "Why did he risk his life for mine and get himself hurt?" The last part coming from a painful memory of the past, something she dearly regretted. Yet at the same time she didn't regret it at all.

Silvia then nodded her approval of heading back to the guild hall. It would be good to go somewhere familiar. Perhaps she could get some rest or her and Caliborn could talk. Silvia considered telling him her story, he seemed nice enough to listen and she needed someone there. Not to replace a father figure she didn't have, but just have someone to comfort her and be there for her. A friend in a sense, but more than that at the same time. It was hard to explain, but when it came down to it she was looking for comfort from someone that could be a parental figure.

Thomas turned to Alessia. "I was just making a joke geez. Get a sense of humour would ya?" He told her. Clearly his joke went far to high over her head and she didn't get it. Although he didn't understand the source of the heat he didn't truly think it was caused by how hot someone was, even if it was that someone would be him. He then turned and made his way over to the girl he was talking to before the battle. "Dawn right? What are you working on?" He asked as he attempted to peer over the edge of her notebook at whatever she was drawing.

It was time to head back to the guild hall. She stared to walk back while thinking about her bow.
Perhaps that man that seemed to know a lot about book would help her. (Ander)
She reached the guild hall and Started to look for him. She was unable to find him were was he? looking around he did not see him at all.
    Were was he? (COUGH COUGH)
Well time for the next best thing.
she walked towards Cassandra. Just ask her she thought. She reached about a couple feet from her when she felt dizzy. She almost fell to the floor.
She griped a near by table. Then she noticed it. The temperature of the guild was rising, but it seemed to different then normal heating.
Her thoughts going to fire right away. Having lived though a fire her mind always went there. She looked at Cassandra and then around the guild hall.
If it was fire then she should be able to find it. She looked at Cassandra one last time perhaps later. She started to wonder if she would ever get help with her weapon.
Her work was never done it seemed.
She set off to start looking for the source of the heat. As the temperature went higher as she walked then she knew she was heading the right way.

Caliborn walked into the Guild Hall, mentally noting the odd temperature. Not usually this hot in here. He led Silvia to a fairly quiet corner of the hall where they could talk properly, as he got the impression that it was better to take her somewhere quiet to talk. She didn't seem like the type that could talk around a crowd, besides matters like this were best discussed in private, rather than the public earshot. He didn't doubt that the Guild Members would be respectful and polite, but equally it was far better to take measures to ensure that one's privacy wasn't intruded than relying on human decency. Ezekiel had proved how unreliable it was. A shame he chose to change his ways before he killed Leviathan. He would hold a small service for Leviathan's passing- Whether it be small or a big event was dependent on those that really cared enough to. He wouldn't begrudge anyone that elected not to show up. Taking a seat at a small, round table, he unclasped Ashmark from his back and rested it against his chair.
"To what you said earlier... Some people upon this world are cruel. Others ignorant, some intelligent, some wise, some kind and some... Some are selfless. He made an act that few would dare even consider, what many will say out of an idealistic vision of themselves, but it is oft the quieter ones that give their lives in the services of others. Those that need no announcement to declare their good intentions, but speak through their actions and their moral goodness. He was perhaps one of those. I didn't know him well. But he risked himself. It is rare to see someone do such a thing, but I'd like to think that anyone in this guild was capable of making such a great sacrifice." Caliborn explained. It occurred to him as he spoke how long winded he was when he talked about this, but he could hardly help it. It felt like a fair eulogy for the man that passed. The death of a Guild Member should weigh heavy on anyone, more so since he died before we could get to know him... before we learned about him, who he was. But I think that singular act told us what was at his heart.

"He thinks he's so clever doesn't he?" She said, hands on her hips as she walked Thomas walk off, brazen ego and arrogance hand in hand as he went over to Dawn, undoubtedly to harass her with his vulgarity. Honestly, how could she tolerate him? Perhaps for the same reason she was tolerating his silly behaviour- it was an endearing sort of ignorance that she felt like she had to fix. He clearly wanted to find a girl to like. If anything, with her teasing and occasional mocking she was trying to help him learn how to be respectable and maybe even get a girl like he wanted in the process. Now that would be something, seeing him change from that ridiculous air he put on. I wonder if there's anything behind all that, or if it's all bluff. Maybe. It would be too much to expect wouldn't it? That's not fair, we'll give him a chance. After all, he is in this guild. Everyone deserves a chance.

As Dawn continued to draw, she could feel that heat settling in. It was an odd feeling to say the least, but she was comfortable so it didn't matter. Now that she had drawn Gaius, Ra, Charlotte, Thomas and herself, she was beginning to draw Alessia and continue on.

Behind her was the familiar voice that had welcomed her once before, Thomas. She smiled and moved her hands to show him the work in progress. There was a notepad to her left that she began to scribble in:

~I wanted to draw the guild. I'm not that good though. Its kind of embarrassing.~

She tried to explain to him. She was now curious to why he, and only he really talked to her at all. Was she just not welcomed by the other guild members? At least one cared enough to talk to her. Maybe she needed to make the initiative and say hello to them, but she was to scared to. She didn't want to be judged.

Silvia followed Caliborn and took a seat across from him at the small table. She placed her hands on the table and head on her hands as she thought of the right words to say for this situation. Looking up into Caliborns eyes as he spoke to her she wondered if they where talking about the same thing? "You are talking like you know what happened... If you do please tell me,who was it who saved me? That night is such a blur. Who took me home? Who took the hit for me? Who was it that I was trying to help when I passed out." Silvia said with hopeful yet sorrowful eagerness. There was so many things she wanted to know but didn't know where to start. She didn't even know what Guild helped her town. Silvia looked back down at the table knowing that Caliborn probably had probably been referring to something else. Silvia sighed as she rested her head on her hands as she thought about her past. She longed for answers but didn't know where to start. She realized that Caliborn didn't know about her past so how could he help her?

"Mind if I share something with you?" She asked. Assuming his answer she carried on. "It is about how I cam to coming here.... Well... When I was younger, like ten I would go around town helping people. Well you see I lived in a business town, it was a target for a lot of attacks because of our wealth. My mother owns a medicine shop and I helped. And well once when our town was attacked I was out following the wake of destruction healing those who couldn't get to our shop for help. And well I got too close to the monster that was attacking our town. It turned around and almost hit me but instead someone ran tackling me to the ground and protecting me, getting hurt himself. He passed out quickly but I was able to heal his wounds enough that he wouldn't bleed out of get infected. However I did get a big scrape on my arm and was running low on magic energy." I kept going not bothering about my arm. After a few more minutes I came across a lady that was really injured.... I passed out trying to help her. I woke up at home sick, an illness that nearly killed me because it was so bad. My wound got infected and yeah.... I was forbidden to leave the shop to help people. My mother disowned me when I decided to come here." Silvia finished explaining not looking up at Caliborn, just looking at the table.

"Woah! That is amazing! I wish I could draw like that. You are as talented as you are beautiful!" Thomas exclaimed looking at Dawns drawing. He might have been over complementing but it really wasn't bad. It wasn't as good as she was beautiful but the complements never hurt. Thomas sat down across from Dawn as he wanted to watch her work, and watch her. She was rather beautiful. There was nothing left to even say now so he let silence fall.

While the heated temperature of the guild was still causing some slight discomfort, Veilen ignored it as best as he could as he looked back towards the entrance. Not everyone had gotten into the guild just yet since there were still some people entering. Caliborn had walked in with someone clinging on to him. She didn't appear to be in the best of conditions, though given what had recently happened, it wasn't surprising to see someone still shaken up by it. Veilen wasn't really doing much right now so he figured why not see if he could sit with them. It was better than doing nothing. So he then decided to approach the two and ask. "Mind if I seat here?"

The girl gave a light smile and blush as he complimented her. He honestly was trying far too hard. She wrote another message to Thomas, one that was subtle and honest. She liked Thomas, but he was just trying far far you hard to get her attention and complement her. She already liked him so he didn't need to work at it.

    ~
Please, Thomas. Don't try so hard. I already like you so just be normal. I want to know you.~

She passed on the note to him with a smile. Her eyes were trying to look away from him. She liked talking to him of course, but maybe she would like it if he talked about himself some more.
