Is this from Final Fantasy? *ishanewb* :'D But aside from that, this had a nice tune to it. Buuuut I think if you used the echo peddle a bit more, you would get a more sense of feeling for the song instead of "This is a song, and I'm playing it", but don't overdo it. You just need to find the right elements for it.

Also, it's good to switch from quiet to loud. Playing piano is almost like talking; you tend to listen more when all the sudden the loud voices become quiet and then the quiet voices become louder. Well, that's my philosophy anyways.

All in all, thank you for sharing this. :3

There's no need for the peddle when the sheet music doesn't say anything for it. Believe me, some songs are fine with the peddle, but this one sounds really weird using it.
And I did switch sound levels when I was playing, but I noticed that the recorder didn't get it very well. And there really isn't much difference between the sound for this song either. It starts off Piano, and the highest is Mezzoforte.

Ah, very true. Sometimes recording devices do drown out the elements you were trying to create. And even though the song doesn't require it, don't be afraid to experiment around. Some people may like your version better than what's originally written. Just a little suggestion.

Well, I did use the peddle around the first time I learned this song, and I really did not think it fit well
