    One thing that's always fun to scare people off with, is if you have the possibility, find out his IP-address and trace it (I think http://www.ip-adress.com will work. If so, copy it, tell him you have his address, and if he doesn't quit you have proof enough to get a restraining order, and if he tries to do anything you will call the cops and they will be at his door within 10 minutes.
