Imagine if tumblr was just deleted from the internet

I'd be pretty disappointed. Tumblr's proven to be just as fun a place for a ton of people to browse and communicate as our own favorite sites for any of us. Why would I want to take that away from someone just because I read one weird fan fic or pretentious complaint about gender addressing?

 

Because you can never see just one.

 

I now want a Lays bag with the name switched to something to do with Tumblr fanfics.

I wouldn't personally be upset. No, I pretty much use tumblr for searching out gifs and if I've lived without those for the past nineteen years, I'm sure I can live without them for another eternity. I have a tumblr account, but I don't really know what to do with a blog so I don't really use it.

No, tumblr dying would affect me in only one way: my tumblr-addicted best friend would spend a week and a half being more than a bit upset about it and I would end up comforting her for that week and a half. And the next four years every time someone mentions it.
